I think about how frustrating it is. Look, just put it in the customs this time and I'll see if I should accept them. I won't take it off yet, just copy and past it to the customs and whatnot and i'll accept it.

Obviously they're the Katon element, but what about their rank, weaknesses, restrictions, etc. If they're more powerful versions of the normal techniques, then you'll need to put some kind of a weakness, and to increase them by a rank in Chakra cost.
