"I am older than you... By alot," Tex muttered lightly as he took a step back towards Melody. His eyes shifted to melody and then back to his feet. "You don't have to help me with my social skills... Books are the best company I could ask for." He forced a smile before walking back towards a tree and jumped up into it.

Phancy had glanced over at Danyael just as he winked back at her. She giggled as she turned back around to the parade. Sadly it was ending and everybody was already leaving, except for their little group. She huffed when Tex landed next to her and she turned to the other girls, trying to focus on their conversations.
Once the parade seemed to end Melody turned to the other girls and they all began to talk about all the things they saw and mostly just catching up with each other. It had been a long while since she had seen them all, even Phancy, and she was glad to see them all. But since it was getting closer to dusk they needed to leave soon. She went over to Toby and then Tex. "Come on you guys, stop messing around, we need to go to the concert!" She smiled as she turned to all the girls and they all walked down the street a bit farther.

"Concert?" Tex asked as he dropped down from the tree and landed next to Melody. Miss Phantasia, if you want to say something to me, I'll gladly step aside to speak to you on our way to this 'concert', Tex's voice said lightly into Phancy's mind as his eyes stayed focused on Melody. "What concert? You said a parade, not a concert."

james saw what time it was. "oh boy mabel we are going to be late to the concert it starts in and 2 hours and i got to be there to get ready to perform."

(( I am tired from my trip so sorry for replying so slowly. xP ))
Melody giggled as she shook her head. "The parade is over now and the concert is next. There were three major events planned tonight! The parade is done and now we go to the concert. After the concert it will be dark and then we'll be able to enjoy the carnival!" She nodded as she continued to walk with all the girl's to a bigger field that had a big stage set up in it.
Phancy was slightly shocked when she heard Tex' voice in her mind and she almost tripped over herself. She was upset that he dared to enter her mind but she kept herself composed and had bright smile on her face. 'I don't think that's such a good idea at the moment. We can talk once we get to the concert.,' she replied coolly.
Mabel was confused at what he said. "What? You are playing at the concert?" She was shocked but quickly got up. "Alright, let's hurry then." She eyed James for a moment, discussing something to herself, before heading out of the room.

"Lovely," Tex sighed as he held in a smile. How do you know I won't jump up on the stage and sing something? But fine. We'll talk once the concert begins. He followed behind Phancy looking about as bored as a kid in a toothpick factory.

james got ready as fast as lightning and he looked good in a white and black out fit he grabbed his guitar and put his shoes on. his eye turned ice blue and his hair snow white. he walked out of his room. "I'm ready mabel."

Phancy bit her lip to keep from laughing. 'You? Singing? That must be a joke! If you did then I'd have to as well.' She allowed herself to chuckle at the thought of him singing, and him singing horribly enough that her eardrums would explode. 'But even if you did then we could always talk after the concert.' She held onto Melody's arm securely as she blocked out Tex and began to chat with the other girls.
Soon they arrived and they stood right in front of the stage. There were only a few people there right now since it was still a long while before it started, but Melody liked to be there early. She glanced back to make sure Toby, Tex, and Danyael were there as well as all the girls. She sighed and shook her head since Mabel wasn't there. Perhaps she would arrive later?
Mabel was standing outside the front door as she waited for James. "Alright. Shall we take a limo or run?" She smirked as the chauffeur held open the door to the limo for them.

Of course people would doubt that you can sing, Tex. You usually don't sing in front of crowds except those few times with her, he muttered inwardly to himself. Tex winced as he sat down near a tree a ways away from Melody. He had thought of his escape from the palace with that girl and her little brother. He placed a hand gently over his left eye where a scar still showed itself clearly. He let out a soft chuckle to himself as he remembered having to get stitches for her throwing a book at him.

((It's so weird because I sort of remember the story about Tex! xD And I actually know who you are talking about and stuff... :3 ))
Once they all got settled Phancy slipped away from Melody and the girls and went over to Tex. She stood in front of him with her hands on her hips and a serious face, the first time in a long time. "You were the one who made Melody upset on the phone," she stated bluntly and straight to the point. "That is why I don't like you. If you do something like that again I won't hesitate to kick your a** either!" She huffed and crossed her arms over her chest, tapping one of her fingers impatiently on her arm.She had to restrain her temper a bit or else she wouldn't be able to conceal her true form.

"It was an accident. I'm not good with people. I'm more of a book person than that of a social person," Tex sighed hitting the back of his head against a tree. "I can sing, by the way. I used to be in a group called Enigma. It's now labelled as an old band and everyone says 'huh' when you mention it."
