Raquel nodded, first moving his tray over so he could still reach it, but now have his lap and legs free. She then fetched the thin little laptop and brought it over to Damian, crawling around to sit next to him on the bed. For some reason, the idea of him sharing his password with her made her blush. It was so silly, such a simple act, but it showed they were really starting to come together in a much closer way.

Richard didn't know what to say to that, so he simply kissed her back, again adoring how nervous she made him all the time. He also found it funny, how different they were as a couple, compared to Damian and Raquel. It seemed that since their engagement, Richard and Lorey had become more intimate, more touching, more sensual... meanwhile in Damian and Raquel's relationship, they had almost seemed more...conservative? innocent even. He didn't know what to attribute that too, not yet knowing they themselves were engaged.

Raquel's face was bright red. "You...you put my name in with your password?" She asked with a half smile, looking up at him, still red. "I know its silly but....that's really sweet..." She cocked her head slightly, still smiling at him.


Richards eyebrows raised as he pulled back to look at her. "Oh really? Hm...That means I'll have to hide your gift and tell you where it is when I call you..." He winked, knowing sadly there was no way he'd be there for it, but he would toast to her on video chat, and even get her a present, maybe getting Damian's help choosing it, as well as having him give it to her for him.

Raquel smiled, having to look away hiding her blush. "...You're crazy..." She said softly, before turning to look at him again. "...and I love you..." She leaned up, hesitating slightly before shyly kissing him.

"nonsense!" Richard exclaimed. "I've already bought the gift. You've just gotta wait." He winked. It was a lie. He had nothing. but he wanted to get her soemthing without her telling him not to. So he'd consult Damian, order soemthing, then have him give it to her.

Raquel smiled, shaking her head. "I'll try not to..." She joked, just remembering her little excursion with Damian. She had done it slightly out of spite at the time, feeling a bit guilty now. Now she didn't like to buy something on her own without his consent or presence.

But now that she had the internet, she had more important things to worry about than shopping. She waited until Damian was comfortable, curling up cross legged as she started her search. She wanted to see if there was anything on Amaranthine's on the internet that might help her with ehr plight. She was very tired, but refused to sleep. She was also a bit hungry now, but refused to eat. Sleep intensified the nightmares that had been growing since their stay in the hospital, as well as the pain. So she kept herself awake when she could. She knew eating helped regulate and pump oxygen through her brain to keep her mind alert, but that was bad too. It simply made it easier for her thoughts to focus on the pain and nightmares again. Despite her slight hunger and exhaustion, she was ok. her plan somewhat working for the time being. She didn't have as much pain, nor as many nightmares that came with them.

She knew if Damian knew of this, he would object and maybe be angry with her. But it was all she could think of at the moment. Hence her research now.
She found to her dismay,there wasn't much known about her 'species'. But she did find a few sites from others like her, dealing with this problem. Most just encouraged recreational drugs, saying they were the best cure once you had enough in your system. But Raquel couldn't resort to that...could she? No, she told herself, and kept looking.


"I think thats about right...yea. It'll be fora little bit, I turn 31 some time this winter." He nodded, holding her about her waist. "I'll beat you to gray headedness in- aw wait! you beat me to it..." he joked, stroking her lovely white hair. "Though its not so much gray as it is a brilliant whitish..." He smiled warmly.

"Oh darling...green just isn't your color..." he put on his gay accent for her again, since Damian wasn't around to get hot and bothered by it. He loved just acting goofy, trying anything just to see her smile or hear her laugh. It was one of his favorite things.

Richard laughed along, hugging her a bit tighter. "I think its more than fine...It's perfect..." He smiled so sincerely, so sweetly, just gazing back into her deep blue eyes.


Meanwhile Raquel was getting frustrated. There wasn't much of anything that seemed to be any help. She rubbed her eyes tiredly,setting the laptop aside a bit before getting up. She went over, turned the lamp off, and picked up Damian's tray. But she stopped. She just watched him, lying peacfully, a faint smile on his face, eyelids flickering as he dreamed. She remembered how he had pointed out all the subtle things she did that he loved, realizing she never seemed to do that with him. Sure she had things like that she loved, but she hadn't paid them much attention, so used to looking at the big picture. But now that the big picture was so lovely, she could enjoy the tiniest details even more. Oh how she loved him... she wished she could tell him that every day in some way or another, and hoped she did in some unconscious way.
With a sigh, she carried his tray off back to the kitchen.

Richard laughed at the though, swinging her back and forth as he thought. "And we'll make sure to invite our friends over on occasion. Despite how much we' like to, we cant just dissapear into our house and never speak to anyone else. I love you but I think it'd be good." He joked, kissing her forehead.

Raquel smiled, hearing the two talk. Sh silently wondered what Damian wanted. He never really spoke much in detail about what he wanted to do or where he wanted to be. She knew he wanted to leave Druis, but what after that? Did he want a quiet country life that badly? Raquel felt slightly guilty not knowing what her fiance wanted out of life. She'd have to bring it up eventually.
"Sounds like you two have it all set..." She smiled, glancing over her shoulder as she rinsed out Damian's dishes before setting them into the dishwasher.

Raquel rubbed the bridge of her nose tiredly. "He's fine. Sleeping again. Just started to be able to kept down solid food. And he took his meds so... yea..He's...fine..." She furrowed her brow but turned and gave them a soft, tired smile.

Richard gave Lorey a look. Solid food? His eyes were questioning to her before looking back to Raquel.
