To take back the Helicarrier, Tony is going to need as much help as he can get.
Unfortunately Norman's right. Legally speaking the Helicarrier belongs to the U.S. Government and not to the individuals who have been appointed to run it. If anything, we should go up there and make sure nothing happens to Tony.
