Oh yeah, gregar and lance, how can a rogue rank up? Lament was saying that she hoped that she could rank up my character since she was an ex-kage and whatever but she never got a yes or no answer.

No this really doesn't happen in real life. The frequent nosebleeds (and subsequent embarrassment) of male anime characters are related to a folk-belief that sexual excitement in men leads to a change in blood-pressure, which in turn can cause a nose-bleed. There's a subsidiary belief more profuse the flow, the greater the excitement.
Some other people believe that when sexually aroused, males in Anime don't get erections, they get nosebleeds. No one's sure why this is....
But no, it does not happen in real life. whee

@Fenrir: we're still trying to figure that out, but be aware that it will have to be something on par with the chuunin exams, or something even more extreme. Rogue shinobis will most certainly not be able to rank up easier than people that actually remain loyal to their village
