At that moment Aven fell backward and the creature to the ground choking and coughing. Aven tried to hold back a scream though a loud groan of pain escaped her as she arched backwards on her side. Blood flew out of her back landing a foot away from her body and two distinct lumps swivled around as though miniature creatures would pop out at any given moment.

Lady Aven At that moment Aven fell backward and the creature to the ground choking and coughing. Aven tried to hold back a scream though a load groan of pain escaped her as she arched backwards on her side. Blood flew out of her back landing a foot away from her body and two distinct lumps swivled around as though miniature creatures would pop out at any given moment. ((Gawd, that's lovely....)) -Reeve darts to her side immediately, Sarya forgotten, at least for that second- Aven, are you okay!? Nyl, help her!

A shadowy blackness crept over Aven and engulfed her entire body. Any sounds that she had made were no longer audible.
Meanwhile, the creature, having recovered enough, charged after Reeve teath and claws ready to cut into his flesh.

Nyl knelt beside Aven, one hand glowing with the violet light of ijutsu. She concentrated, but nothing happened.
~She's fighting me, Reeve. Or something else nearby is.~

Lady Aven A shadowy blackness crept over Aven and engulfed her entire body. Any sounds that she had made were no longer audible.Meanwhile, the creature, having recovered enough, charged after Reeve teath and claws ready to cut into his flesh. -A wrath crept over Reeve unlike any before.His body covered in an aura of emerald, he charges Sarya head on, sword at the ready-

The shadowy thing covering Aven began to look more like mist now, though if anyone were to try and reach into it, would still be unable to do so.

Lady Aven Reeve The Vagabond -A wrath crept over Reeve unlike any before.His body covered in an aura of emerald, he charges Sarya head on, sword at the ready- -Raagh! -Reeve slaps its claw-thingy away with his swordblade, still running inexorably at the youkai before diving headlong at her-

The creature ignored the deep cut made by Reeve on it's hand and brought it's head down and opened it's mouth hoping to get a pice of Reeve in it.
Finally the black mist around Aven had dissapeared as well as the moving lumps on her back.

Nyl tried using her ijutsu again on Aven, now that the mist was gone. There might have been a change...but there might not have been.

The creature swung it's claws at Reeve in an attempt to knock him away for itself.
Aven jerked violently as Nyl used her ijutsu and let out a terrible scream. In the blink of an eye the moving lumps buldged again this time continuing growth until two large wings burst from Aven's back covered in blood and bits of flesh.

Reeve is knocked backward but regains his footing instantly- Grrrr.....
