Pillzy is one of the characters from Ill Will Press's Foamy the Squirrel. He's a squirrel with huge glasses that make his eyes look insanely huge and has a disorder that makes him think he's sick and needs meds when he doesn't, so he's constantly popping pills and getting high. Which is why he always starts his lines in the parts at one volume level and ends the line at a way lower one, adds in sound effects, and is generally all around jittery. And since he's a squirrel in the first place, when I say he's jittery, OH DEAR GOD he's jittery...

Well, I meant to say that my #1 favorite video game is Tales Of Symphonia, of course~.
Wind Waker is great, yet actually... I must take back my rating of second for it...
