You just make it as long as you feel you need to. Whatever feels right will work, with time it'll grow longer perhaps.

Oops I just re-read the rules, and noticed you only receive money from other guild members battles or when your pokemon gains a level. Should I go edit my post or have something happen to the money in my next post? xp
