night_wraith you only get the +5 in deffensive combat. Which means you'll have 18 but you chose to give up your attack, but you can still use Odoriko jutsus. So if you plan on attacking you'll have 13 which is still high.

Isn't he just a student? Shouldn't his base attack be like... 1? XD
So if he uses defensive combat he will add +1+5 to his db or something? Is that his new DB? then that makes sense.. XD
yeah if you have only one attack per turn then you can't attack, if you have two or more (eg level 6: +6/+1 <- two attacks per turn) then you are reduced to only one.

Oh, yeah, sorry I forgot how to do deffensive combat for a bit.
So it would be your (Base Attack) + (5 due to clan stuffs) When in defensive combat XD my bad Kouri.
Edit:
Kouri sense Clou is mute, everytime I try to "Say" something should I roll an inuedo to see if I get the message out clearly?

Besides, that is only when you go into defensive combat. Which is basically like uh... you know, standing in a defensive stance so you can counter any attacks. Obviously, this means you can make less attacks XD
Um... Shadow, just start RPing. Maybe you can meet up with Clou and try to chat or something. If you can make it believable, you can wander over to the Shoreline and Sensei will be... wait I told you this already XD
But, it's 1am. Sleepytime @_@
And Night hmmm... maybe... I honestly don't feel like thinking about it now crying sorreh.

Meh, I've been here for three years and I've attempted to learn the battle system three times, one for each year.
