@ Element: Then why not just learn Chidori Senbon? Metal Mist God of Revenge: Toll of Insanity- you can have it but you could also save a made up by learning the Hidden Moon tech. God of Revenge: Eternal Retribution- How will you determine if the list of sins is long or short? Dice roll maby? And if so, depending on the roll, the opponent would be less or more exhausted right? God of Revenge: Returning Sins- No. Auto-counter=unfair God of Revenge: Heavenly Embodiment-Hmm I'll leave this up to another mod but for this one, I would feel better about it if you generated a random number (5-10) deciding how long you can use it for. Also, when you enter this glowing form, your basically just spirit energy right? And take out the god-like speed or downgrade it. Your fast enough as it is. Chaotic Lord: Surprising destruction-I'll leave this one up to another mod too. It seems too similar to the 8 gates as you said.

I havn't seen you fight anyone else so you can't really say that everyone doesn't acknowledge your speed. Again, when you enter this state, Are you purely spirit energy? Chaotic lord: surprising destruction- damn.

If your referring to the genjutsu I used to kill Michael Howard, that in no way drained chakra. That was just mental torture to the point of exhaustion on the body from perceived pain. There's a difference between muscle exhaustion chakra draining. So which one is it?

There's a difference between muscle exhaustion chakra draining. So which one is it? The Last Samurai has 3 Prerequisite attacks that must be preformed prior to it's casting and a 3 turn charge before it can be used. Unlike Tsukiyomi and your proposed made-up. Totally not even comparable.

Hidden Sound
C-Virus:
Through specific Research and main trial and Error tests Loki has been able to come up with a special serum that once administered causes the users chakra to change in a sense so that it is more easily pliable. Like someone going from two rocks to start a fire to matchs to start a fire. This causes the chakra to be able to bend by just saying the name of the jutsu without handsigns. If the jutsu is a summon then it still requires handsigns.
C-Virus: Level 2
Throuh further development of the C-Virus Loki has managed to upgrade once again his jutsu capabilities now not only does he not need handsigns but he doesn't even need to talk anymore. This is done by once again manipulating his chakra to be more pliable. Matches to start a fire to Flamethrower. Summoning techniques still take Handsigns and talking. Made ups still require talking.
C-Virus: Manipulation of Bones
Adding to the Kaguya Keki Genki this allows for any of Loki's bone blades to clash with special weapons and not be destroyed. This technique was made for the special purpose of combating special weapons and armors
God of Luck: A Black Cat just crossed your Path
This is a ninjutsu that involves luck more then anything else. It creates a giant wheel behind the user that spins it has 4 different spaces. Space 1 & 2 are chakra cancellation techniques that causes the opponent to be unable to perform jutsu for 3 turns. Option 3 is a free space. Option 4 activates a genjutsu that instantly snares the opponent trapping them in a jungle environment and creates a giant black panther out of chakra to hunt down the user. The Panther will regenerate after every other attack so the opponent must kill the panther in one move. The user must remain immobile during all of this or everything stops.
Randomize Number 1-4
1or2 no jutsu for opponent for 3 turns.
3 nothing happens
4 Super Genjutsu(read for description)

@ Loki: C-Virus: Well then I'll need to talk to Ace about that. Perhaps he didn't know that it was infringing on a clan technique but I must inform you that isn't allowed.
God of Luck: Well you said jutsu which includes Taijutsu which would be completely unfair. If thats the case about the mobility, you'll have to limit the effects of 1-2 to only 2 posts.

No! Loki I approved the C virus level 2 which does not let you caught into weak viruses.
EDIT: Loki thats not the C virus I approved you changed it, From what i read it does not let you get caught into weak viruses.
