Maybe.. But that doesn't sound fair. In a sense.
I think it counts like. If you're role playing a long series of posts with one person, you can go back and learn techniques from past villages.
It wouldn't be much fun, to learn from all the villages, from one village anyway. :/
I say, wait for an expert's opinion~

Every member is free to learn any technique from any village provided its not from a clan that isn't there own or they've met the technique requirements. [ex. to learn Taju Kage Bushin, you need to have learned Kage Bushin]

That part I already knew, *yawn* Doc, the part I was wondering was about where you are when you learn *yawn* those techniques.

To learn a technique you must be in the village that teaches it. However, if you have unused training in a certain village, you may carry those training points to your next destination and use it towards that village's techniques.

*yawn* So I can't leave Kamakura and still level up the ones with increasing *yawn* levels? (I have LV 9 in all three, so you'd think *yawn* it was potentially possible to strengthen it further on my own.)
Likewise, people who say all you have to do is visit a *yawn* village, then you can leave but still learn techniques there are wrong?
Also likewise, you actually have to post *yawn* in that village to gain techniques there? *yawn* (Not naming names, but I've seen a few people claim techniques even though *yawn* they've never set foot in that village.)

The only times I've actually seen someone claim techniques, when they haven't been to the village. Was for SL rewards.
And like I said, I was probably wrong. I usually try to stick to the villages techniques, when I'm in that village.

And yeah, same here. *yawn* I just don't relish the idea of staying in Kamkaura until I'm absolutely sure I've leveled up *yawn* my Vectors as far as I want. How many *yawn* yards across is the Earth again?

Shia: No you'd have to level it up in Kamakura. You can't just visit a village leave and then learn their techniques when your not there. Makes no sense. And yes you'd have to post in that village to learn one of its techniques ._.

*yawn* Alright, looks like I'm going to be there for a very long time, then. As for the other thing, *yawn* I hope the mods check where the posts are for the training it's used for, then.

would one be able to do missions if they use the amount of posts to purchase skills in the village that the mission takes place ? Just a question as simple training can get dull an i wanted to add a little excitement to learning jutsu .

Since Bone isn't really here for the time being, and he never got around to fixing it before he left, is any other mod working on fixing the discrepancy between Feudal Tokyo, World Hidden in Fantasy and Hidden Wind/Tree? Just look!
Hidden Tree, Nerves of Insanity, 1250 points
Feudal Tokyo, Nerves of Insanity, 900 points
There's likely a few more, but I haven't gone through the lists to too much depth yet. Considering Tree and Wind both had Kenshin characters for teachers, it shouldn't be a surprise that there's doubles like this. But it's still a bit of a problem.

One other little problem. Back when the summons were reset, I had mailed mine in like I was supposed to. And they're still on my profiles. But Noir told me that apparently they were actually taken from me anyways. (He knows because he got one of them.) So can a mod go ahead and put things right?
My current summons:
Hedoro Koutai, Hidden Rain: Doki (ADV)
Tamao Suzumi, Hidden Nano: Hoihoi-san (Basic) Archer (ADV)
Thanks!
