Sen looks away, towards the noises of Grem's handy work. He smiles, remembering some fond memories of long ago. He shakes his head, realizing it's rude to speak without eye contact and he looks back towards syngey.
"Hai. She is... still... the most important women in my life..."
He said the last part quietly... as if to himself.

nikki_is_me *Having slipped into the tavern during the night after a short leave from the tavern, Nikki now emerges from her office and heads into the main room of the tavern to see what has been going on since she was last about the building.* *She stops at the end of the bar and gazes around the room at the inhabitants.* "Good morning everyone." Gremlina grem prepairs and makes up a large pot of english tea and sets it out on a tray with milk and sugar. Then she carries the whole lot into the bar and puts it on the bar top. bends down behind the bar top and brings out a stack of sideplates and a quantity of napkins putting them next to the tray Grem checks the color of the and when satisfien begins to pour it out into cups Senmoru Hasuki "Well... it's been two years since I've been here... I used to be the barkeep back then."

Smiles and hands Synge a plate
"Cucumber with a little dill on that side..tuna, mayo and corn on the other..a little hint of lemon too with the fish"
Looks over her shoulder at Sen. She smiles coyly and a little color rises in her cheeks. It only lasts a second and she lowers her eyes and turns back to Synge.
"Oh here have a napkin. I hope you like tea.. Hey Nicky you're just in time for a bit of brunch if you're hungry"

Syngey *Synge smiles warmly when Nikki enters the main room.*Good morning, how have you been? *Nikki smiles warmly to Synge.* "I have been busy. Business called me away from the tavern for a short while. How have you been?" Gremlina "Oh here have a napkin. I hope you like tea.. Hey Nicky you're just in time for a bit of brunch if you're hungry" *She tilts her head to the side slightly.* "Hello Grem. No thank you, I'm not hungry. When did you rejoin the party at the darkseas?"

*He felt the pain in Fire's voice and the slight agitation rising in her and knew that he had to do something. If only he knew what was normal in this position. After some thought, he approached Fire and gently placed his hand on her shoulder. For some reason, it felt right to do this.*

"I well I had a few brothers back home and then for a while I worked in a tea house...that’s while I was at college learning my trade."
She turns and smiles at Sen
"Then there was this place. I was hostess here once and that's a very broad spectrum sort of job. We met here Sen and I. He tended the bar and I ...well I doubled as greeter, cook and general help"
She turns back to Syngey and is still smiling.
"We've had a few managers, Aykon, Antoni and a strange sort of butler who was very temporary. Nicky worked for them all"
Turns her smile to Nicky
"Can't be too bad hey Nicky? We all seem to come back"

Sen sits there admiring Grem without knowing it. Her soft voice was so good to hear and her presence reminded him of the good times they had. As she turns to him he blinks out of his daze and nods along with her speech.
"Yes... we had a great time working here... And to this day I'm still glad I met you, Grem."

*Antoni enters the tavern area from the hall leading to his office and takes a quick look at all those around. Many old faces and a few new ones. He noticed Grem had made her famous sandwiches and smiled*
