 Tim nodded, taking the medicine, finishing the rest of the water before sitting there, realizing the blanket wasn't really covering anything. "S-Sorry." he said, quickly making himself decent. But quickly Madison's had resumed its back rubbing, Tim allowing him to do it. It seemed the doctor was checking him, waiting for him to calm down or something. "No, I let myself drink too much. I told myself one drink and I went and had three." Or four. One of the two. "But a rice ball sounds nice. I'm sorry I'm such a bad guest, Jason."

  Jason smiled a little, "after everything we did together last night, Tim, i'm not worried about a little skin." he kissed the top of Tim's head before helping him to his feet and checking to make sure he wasn't going to throw up again. "ok, let's go and get you something to eat." he lead the way into the kitchen, "you can go and get your clothes if that would make you feel more comfortable, or you could wear some of my scrubs, if you want. they are loose and comfortable." he shrugged and got out the rice balls for Tim and himself.

His face soon bore a shade similar to his head, his thoughts confirmed. They had had sex. Oh god he'd taken advantage of his doctor with his over-active libido. "Oh, um, I, could I borrow some scrubs? I don't need to borrow boxers I mean, that's a bit, um. Scrubs would be nice I'll wash them and return them." And followed Jason out, looking at the rice balls before his stomach gave a low growl. "I'll, I'll eat first." Tim sat down, carefully taking a ball and biting into it. His mouth salivated so hard it almost hurt but he ate slowly, not wanting to make himself sick again.

Jason smiled, "eat away, i'll get you some scrubs." he went to his bedroom and took a moment to prepare himself for what he had to do. he walking into the kitchen with the scrubs in hand, "Tim?" he put the scrubs down on the stool next to the man before moving to the other side of the table so he could look him in the eyes, "i have to apologize to you. last night you were drunk and i took advantage of that by taking you to bed. i knew you were having issues with the level of your libito and i still took you to my bed and i am so sorry. i didn't mean to take advantage of you, i can understand if you feel hurt by my actions. you seem-i know you are used to being used and may not think of what i did as wrong, but it was. i am so sorry, i don't know if you will be able to forgive me for what i've done, i don't know if i can forgive myself, but i hope that you can try. if you think that you might not want me to work your case as well, then i will find you someone who will be able to act a bit more...professionally."

The red-head gave a small smile, counting the rice balls and the slots, dividing them as evenly as he could. Him and Jason must've eaten some last night so Tim made sure to eat what he was positive was his share. "Hm?" He looked over as the man sat down, finishing the rice ball. Why did he looked serious? Tim prepared himself to hear something nasty but the man apologized instead. "Jason," he said softly. "I, we were both drunk, and it was consensual. You seem like the type to ask first." he looked down at the rice stuck to his fingers. "I mean I don't really remember it. Not all of it. Just bits and pieces." He gave a small smile. "behind your ear." that was a spot on the doctor. "But, I mean I felt like I'd taken advantage of you because yes, we were both drunk, and my libido has been really high." he wished he had another glass of water. "And you didn't take advantage of me, but, but you're right I don't really, mind, being used." it bugged him a little but it happened so many times he learned to sort of mute it out. "Pl-Plus I mean, I had a high libido, and you wanted to, so, win-win." a weak chuckle left the man. "I trust you to still be professional in a work environment but if you don't want to, it's okay. I'd still like to be friends?" he finally decided to eat at the rice left on his fingers, looking away from Madison.

Jason blushed when he was reminded of Tim finding that particular weak point. "i-i haven't been with anyone since i lost-i lost my husband." he hadn't admitted to anyone before that he and Ian had considered themselves married, even if they couldn't be so legally. "and i was rather-active before then, so i've had a lot built up too. it wasn't just your libido that was high last night." he smiled a little at Tim and started to eat his rice ball, "i would very much like to remain friends and, and if you would like, maybe we could start to form something more?" he was blushing, but serious, "if not, that is ok! really, i understand, but you are the first person i have been even attracted to since, then."

Tim gave a gentle nod of sympathy, taking another rice ball and giving a small smile back, taking a bite and chewing. Madison would be a good friend, I mean to forgive Timothy like this that was-- "Hm?" he stared at the doctor's blushing face, the accountant's soon bearing the same color. caramel eyes looked down at the rice ball as though maybe it would have the answer. There was, this was, lots of things. If Madison hadn't dated anyone since his husband's death, and Tim had just gotten out of a bad relationship... Slowly he chewed, considering the pros and cons and generally overthinking his offer before giving the smallest of nods, swallowing. "Okay." but now he was too embarrassed to look at the man. "But don't kiss me, I still have to brush my teeth." He wasn't going to put Madison through that.

Jason didn't believe what he had heard. Tim actually agreed! he looked across the table in amazement, "really?" he asked softly, but Tim's desire to remain unkissed made it all sort of real to him and his smile grew wider, "i'll just kiss your cheek, then." he moved across the table and did just that. "i've a spare toothbrush you can just keep here if you want. we should probably shower, too." he wasn't sure what to do with himself now that Tim agreed, "how are you feeling? is your stomach better?" he fell back onto the Doctor, something he was comfortable with.

Tim nodded again, face turning redder, giving a squeak as the man's lips pressed against his cheek. Tim's way of running away was eating at the rice ball in his hands, glancing up finally, nervously. The food was swallowed before he responded. "I feel a lot better. It was probably just, well, I hadn't drunk that much in a long time. I'm surprised I made it through the night, honestly."

Jason smiled, "that makes sense, but still go easy for a little bit, ok?" he sat down next to Tim and ate another rice ball, leaving the last for Tim, "how about we shower and then come back for the sushi, just to make sure the rice balls sit well and don't cause any problems, ok? you can have first, or i can help you wash your back-" he added softly, letting Tim decide.

"I'll be sure to, Doctor." The last part was said to be partially respectful and partially teasing, finishing the rice ball and looking at the last one, deciding to leave it for Madison because the man hadn't eaten much. "We can shower, I don't mind. I mean, you've already seen me naked more times than I can count. So there's nothing much to hide." he said with a soft chuckle.

Jason nodded, "yes, but i haven't seen you in an intimate setting very much. there is a difference." he saw Tim didn't take the last rice ball, but he wasn't sure if Tim was full, if he didn't feel well and was hiding it, or if he was leaving it for Jason because he felt he had to or it could even be because he wanted to. Jason was going to have to learn about Tim so he would be able to read him better, until then he would just have to be uncertain. "come on, then, we'll help each other wash." he smiled as he tentatively took Tim's hand and walked with him to the bathroom, "the toothbrush is down here-" he got into his sink cabinet and pulled out the plastic encased brush, "go ahead and use my toothpaste. i'll get the water going, do you like it hot or just warm?"

Your Missing Period Tim looked at the hand slipping into his and smiled, standing and following the man, glancing around the bathroom before taking the toothbrush. "Thank you." He opened it, throwing the container in the trash before wetting it, adding the toothpaste and trying to quietly brush. How did one attractively brush their teeth? In the movies they never seemed to foam at the mouth. Glancing up he realized he suddenly obtained rabies. He looked down again, wiping his mouth with his hand, "Warm is fine." he said, rinsing off his hand and resuming his brushing. But it was over quickly and he was drying his mouth. "I liked your orange shirt. You don't see many people wear orange." he admitted. "You wore it nicely."

Jason blushed as he stepped into the water, putting it where he liked it, right between really hot and warm, "you are being nice, but thank you. i have terrible fasion sence, especially when it comes to suits. i just kind of throw things on and hope they look good." he shrugged and put some shampoo in his hand before handing it over to Tim, "you, on the other hand, look amazing in your new suits. you really are an attractive man, Tim."

The bed sheet was abandoned, stepping in after the man and feeling the heat of the water. "If you ever need help I can come over and see what you can work with. Or if you'd like to buy someone I know a guy." He chuckled, taking the shampoo and copying before he looked down bashfully. "I've liked suits since I was young. I became an accountant because they wore suits constantly. And because I'm good at math." Deflect the compliment, he wasn't still completely used to them and he'd been receiving so much after returning to work.
