And you want Alice to assume this, because Alice would be more willing to work with you. In other words, you're going to use Alice as a means to an end, to obtain some power that you want realized." Alice takes over at that point. "Elza's going to object no matter what. She doesn't want me to be "used" or anything like that. Just ignore her objections, she's overly protective of me. I, however, am mainly interested in power. You say that you're going to give that body an abundance of power, if she works with you?" Alice shrugs. "Sign me up, then. I'll gladly take that power, even if it requires an adjustment period." She chuckles maliciously. "After all, it would take some getting used to using a Kiranu's abilities."

Kumori chuckled at Elza and Alice's responses as one declined but the other openly agrees to it, causing him to grin. He soon motioned for Alice and Elza to follow him before he soon spoke. "It's not like Maria will care much if she's missing one soldier anyways. But we should move quickly and get into Pronta by noon."

• Utilize Broken Strength This is automatically activated upon the user achieving a broken arm. The energy and muscle stimulating shocks sent to the broken arm are transfered from the arm to the rest of the user, most of it going to the other arm. This allows the broken limb to be numbed to pain but can be restored at an easier pace. This helps the broken being to weild heavy weaponry with only a single arm like a weapons master, except they do not have access to any of the Weapon Master's skills.
• Shadow Form Most, if not all, physical attacks simply phase through the user. This can be a good and a bad thing. If all the opponent has all weapon and hand to hand styles, then the techniques that do not have energy coated on the weapons will simply go right through the user, making all other attacks useless. This is also bad because if the Shade attempts to attack, once can aim a physical attack at him, forcing him to turn himself into his shadowy form. By disrupting him, all of the skills he used are turned into smoke. The user may also chose to go into his incorporeal form once every three posts, at which point he can't attack.
• Shadow Regeneration The Shades are known to be living and breathing elementals of darkness. Because of that, they are capable of recovering at a slow rate while residing in dark areas or in an ally's shadow. The body is constantly healing for as long as they are within darkness and having their weapons put away. The rate of healing increases with the duration they remain in the darkness. During the regeneration process, the user cannot use offensive Bloodline or Elemental skills. Arriving just a short ways ahead of Constantine, Amias would spin on his heels before procuring his spear, Dagda. A black mist would begin to pour from the weapon in surprising quantities, quickly surrounding the immediate area from the demon's position. "Before we begin, I would like to lay down a few ground rules. We aren't to use any skills that will severely damage the landscape, as this is a training ground. Also, aiming to kill is forbidden. I can tell you're a good man, but we don't need to be spilling blood needlessly." It was a different ideal from what you would normally see in Nocturne, but really...Amias wasn't so much a citizen of Nocturne as he was before. His visit with Raphael had changed at least that much within him. His mission...no, his purpose was different now. "You may begin whenever you're ready." It was at this point that Amias steeled himself, his spear and armor well at the ready to test the man's skills in combat.
Little did he know, that the clock was ticking against him, even now.

• The Sight Just like their counterpart (the Nephilim) the Diabolos can read the auras about them and see things for what they are. This allows them to pinpoint an opponent's energy level(rank), along with the ability to naturally see energy.
• Electromagnetic Manipulation Even without expending energy, the Diabolos can manipulate electromagnetic fields. This allows them to levitate their own weapons and manipulate them with great speed, power and precision. Furthermore, they may sense metal and disturbances in electromagnetic fields; for example, if there is a destructive event happening even across the world, they will know it is ongoing, just not who or what is involved. They can sense earthquakes and other such things, to name a few events that would trigger this sense.
You may also compress this magnetic field within simply a large area around you; this allows you to perceive movements around you.
• Pain Inversion This is a strength and a weakness. Pain Inversion allows for a Diabolos' abilities to be stronger based on their physical health. This does not increase ability rank, but rather size, speed and precision. At full condition, you will be able to manipulate larger masses and fling them at enemies as if ballistic homing missiles. When near death, you will need great concentration to do that same thing and will be able to manipulate significantly less at once.
Stepping foot into the large area that Amias had requested him in, Constantine allowed his piercing brown eyes to dance around, taking in everything around him silently while he plotted what the best course of action would be against the man. Nodding in agreement with the mans words about not using too powerful of attacks or aiming to kill, Constantine let out a deep sigh; allowing his aura of pain to slowly spread out from within him, reaching ten meters near instantly. Alongside this he allowed the pain to seep into himself, feeling it cut deep into him before he let out a grunt of annoyance. This was always the worst part of fighting someone, the pain his aura caused himself, even if it also bolstered him up. After doing this he silently psyched himself up, using his teachings as a knight to reassure himself mentally. Though this also had the side-effect of bolstering him physically, thank god for magical knight techniques. However he wasn't stopping there, he was sparring against a well known combatant, so with that in mind he bit his tongue painfully, letting blood build up in his mouth before spitting it out in a large red mist that began to engulf the battlefield slowly. Anyone within this mist would feel a large amount of pain constantly, and he would allow this pain to refuel him. With that done he stretched his arms and legs, making sure he was limber before speaking towards Amias. "It's an honor to be able to spar with you Ser Amias, let's have a good match." Giving a kind smile the brown-haired man settled into his usual Iaidō opening stance. He was opting to leave his usual sword aside, instead settling on using his basic Katana; knowing it was far faster than his Gladius. Inching forward slightly, after a second step he tensed his toes up slightly, digging into the bottom of his boot before he launched himself forward. Entering into melee range as quickly as he could to allow his aura to affect the man. With this step in done he would unsheathe his blade swiftly, delivering a fast diagonal slash upwards from his waist. Should the slash actually connect he would allow the momentum to carry him into a swift spin, allowing him time to fully grip the Katana before delivering a downwards diagonal slash. Should this second slash land he would transition into a careful forward thrust before quickly retreating his body backwards two steps, swipping the blade down to remove any "blood" on it before sheathing it to return to his usual Iaidō stance.

• Angelic Fervor The Nephilim regenerate faster than any of the angelic brethren. They regenerate all minor wounds almost instantly, and by Expert rank they can regenerate mangled limbs. By master they can survive fatal blows and regenerate complete limbs. However, total destruction of their brain, decapitation, or the almost complete destruction of their body will kill them. Thus, their regeneration falls behind Fairhair significantly.
• Seeker of Evil The Nephilim have astounding perceptive capabilities. They can sense evil and read energy signatures. They can perceive the minute flow of movements within an enemy's body, making them exceptionally skilled swordsmen. They can tell if someone is of a holy or unholy bloodline, and use this knowledge accordingly.
• Might For a Nephilim, strength matters far more than speed. The higher your strength, the larger your abilities, the more durable your physical body and your armor, and the stronger the holy effects of your attacks and weapons will be. While most tend to prefer outspeeding their opponents and looking for an instant-killing method, you rely on brutalizing the opponent and shutting down their advances. Considering your high extrasensory capabilities, you can often shut down a whole combo with a mere counterswing of your blade. Contact with it can leave foes knocked back and dazed.
• The Claim Passive Often, every knight has a single blade that defines his victories. This single blade that the knight has Claimed is one rank higher than the user and scales with them is more powerful than the average custom weapon of its rank. Each Claimed weapon must also be approved in the Custom Weapons thread.
• Devour Passive The ability to steal the life force of another to replenish your PP meter seems almost unholy. However, the transfer is anything but. Life is pure and raw, and the Reaver understands that. As such, the life transferring ability becomes a part of of every strike made by the Reaver. Direct contact is not necessary, as the Reaver has developed not only the ability to sense pain coming from others, but the ability to absorb the pain from several yards away. The range is limited to the area that the user is in. Not limited to opponents.
Based on the skill that is used, the user regenerates a certain amount of pain points. E Ranked: 5 Points D Ranked: 15 Points C Ranked: 35 Points B Ranked: 60 Points A Ranked: 85 Points S Ranked: 100 Points SS Ranked: 200 Points
• Pain Passive The Reaver projects a constant aura (radius of 10 meters) that seeps into anyone the user wishes and causes them rather mild pain. For every person infected, the user gain back D Ranked Power Points, thanks to Devour. This attack is fully capable of being boosted, though once boosted, the cost in power points will equal one rank below what you are receiving. If it is boosted to B Rank, it costs C Rank to use.
• Your Pain is My Drug Passive As long as the user is inflicting pain on another, the user gains a +1/+1 to stats. The user feeds off of this pain, and the effect is most definitely stackable for every enemy.
Technique Used:
• Commander's Call D In an attempt to rally up any allies, the Knight will call out to his allies, giving them a temporary boost to strength and speed (+1 to each). The Knight himself is included in the Call. The boost lasts 2 posts.
Ashes C Unsheathe the blade slashing diagonally upwards and allow the momentum of this slash to flow and spin you. Quickly hold the sword with both hands and as you are about to complete the spin swing the weapon into the waist of your target by chopping diagonally downwards. End by pushing the weapon in then out of the enemy before sheathing it.
The Bloody Plague B By biting onto his tongue, the user will spit out a heavy mist of blood that will quickly expand across the battlefield. This area of effect skill, which lingers for 5 posts, begins to poison the enemies blood. This poison causes pain that makes it impossible for enemies to charge attacks due to their inability to think clearly and focus. All the while, the user reaps from the pain in the area, gaining C Ranked power points back per post and per enemy.

In response to the man's lunge--the likes of which was far too slow to keep up with the Demon--Amias took off into the air, fifteen meters in height, allowing about ten of his feathers to fall off his wings and be quickly regenerated. In his place, as well as everywhere he went, this strange, black mist seemed to permeate the area. He'd been standing in that one position long enough to where the spot itself was obscured from view. In tandem with the ability of his armor, Amias would focus electromagnetic energies into the ground below him, using the space that had now been converted to metal to his advantage.
As Constantine lunged, he would be greeted with whole chunks of metal flying out of the mist, electrically charged, and quite ready to bash and electrify him if he weren't careful. This was the danger of Amias' fighting style, though in a more compact form; efficient combat that required little to no use of energy. Just raw talent. It remained to be seen if the Nephilim had a form of flight, but if he didn't...this would likely be a difficult battle for him.
Slowly, but surely, the feathers would fall. And the mist would continue to spread across the battlefield, slowly but surely falling from Amias' spear like a faucet. But what did it all mean?
[Took off into the air, launched electrically charged hunks of metal from the mist where I was standing]

Watching the male fly into the air to escape his range of attack and pain aura, Constantine casual flicked his hand to the side; backhanding the electrified metal away from him. Though he felt a sting in his flesh from the actual metal, alongside a rather powerful shock in his hand that caused his left hand to spasm quite violently for a moment. After a second or two his regeneration kicked him, healing the spasming muscles before he looked up at the man once more. Blinking silently at the feathers and mist forming around him Constantine reached down, slashing into his hand with a dagger on his hip before pressing it against his chest softly. Under his hand a sigil formed on his chest made of blood, though it didn't do anything just yet, instead he channeled his magic into his body, allowing it to bolster his strength even further; though it didn't actually do much aside from increase his grip strength overall. With that done he would look down at his chest, channeling his energy into it carefully before looking up once more at the man above him. With that done he would active the sigil, causing a force of unexplainable energy to jerk Amias down to him instantly, bringing him as close to him as possible somehow before his hand launched forward to wrap around the mans wrist painfully, hopefully keeping him in place. With that done he would wind back his free hand before delivering a bone-crushing liver punch to the mans side.

Technique Used: Blood Sigils C-S After quickly slicing their hands, the Reaver can create a variety of blood sigils that form once the user's blood touches a solid object. Each blood sigil has a different effect. All sigils look exactly alike, because it is not the pattern that determines the effect, it is the power the user puts into it, which makes it impossible to understand which sigil is being used until it is nearly too late.
Hota Mei (S Rank): This sigil is placed on the user's chest. Once done, every living creature is instantly pulled into the user's radius of pain by a force that even the Reavers can only thank their power over blood magic. This, of course, would surprise anyone brought over to the reaver. Size is not a factor, and force is almost immeasurable seeing as through enemies can be pulled through stone walls and such. If a barrier is up, in order to block this skill, it must be at least of equal rank. Though erecting a barrier to respond to this skill is almost impossible unless the sigil is recognized by the enemy, which is highly unlikely unless they are Reavers who can tell the sigils apart.
Blood Augmentation: Limbs C Though simple power channeling, Reavers are capable of boosting the strength output from their limbs. This makes it possible for them to jump extremely high, almost as high as Dragoons, and land just as safely. This also affects their arm strength, with a +2 to strength and the ability to tear into steel effortlessly for 5 posts.

Amias was pleasantly surprised to find out that this man had a way of pulling him back down...how amusing. Once he was within range to grip Amias' wrist, the Nephilim would disappointingly seem to grab...more of the mist, though it shied away from him quickly due to his abilities. However, the ten feathers Amias left in his wake from using his Mist Step didn't leave. They soared towards Constantine's arms and legs, apparently aiming to latch themselves onto him. The man might have been disappointed; the Mist Step was one of Amias' means of instantaneous movement, and though it was a good effort by way of his opponent, he was trying very hard to catch a very slippery opponent. Before long, the Nephilim would likely see the black aura emanating from Amias' body, and how it seemed to mingle with his blood mist, quickly annihilating it in exchange for the aura being canceled out. The Demon Guardian technique, activated within the few precious moments when Amias had first come into contact with the mist.
However, something would appear...differently. Amias stepped out of the mist, lunging at Constantine with the full brunt of his power. It was a head-on charge, the demon wielding his swordspear with great resolve, aiming to pierce him through the stomach. But...was this the real Amias, or was it the one instead charging at him from his left side, swinging downwards with the swordspear? Unfortunately for Constantine, neither of these answers was entirely correct. Dagda was a powerful swordspear given great power by Malacai, the god of duplicity and deceit. It was one ability of the swordspear, that if the opponent should fight around the mist for long enough...illusions could start to play. Another was the altering of swings, the ability to make oneself seem as though they're attacking from one direction when--in reality--they're attacking from a completely different angle. In tandem, these factors in combination made Amias a terrifying opponent in close range.
The real attack was coming from the front, but not quite at the angle it was being shown. Amias was moving slightly to Constantine's left side, aiming to clothesline him with the blunt side of his swordspear. Should these attacks be successful--the feathers and the illusive strike--this fight would be over well before it started.

Feeling his hand phase through the mist that was left behind as Amias escaped his clutches, Constantine let out a deep sigh of annoyance. He didn't mind a good fight, but it was somewhat annoying being constantly avoided like Amias was capable of doing. Then again what was he expecting fighting a man who was famed for his power and skill? He was just attempting to refine his power and skill through a spar, he was learning from the man; which was all he could ask in the end. He was constantly trying to improve himself; be it in combat or even in just social events, he wanted to be the best he could be at any given time. With that in mind he closed his eyes, feeling outwards with his energy to try and locate Amias' true body. Feeling the muscle movements of his true self the man channeled holy energy throughout his body, with that done he allowed it to explode outwards, reaching sixty-five and twenty feet around him easily. Anything within this would take an large amount of damage, and it would most likely tear through the illusions easily, revealing the real Amias instantly. With that done he exploded into action, grabbing the hilt of his Katana, using this he unleashed a flurry of slashes towards the man, holding it in a normal grip before slashing towards the right, the moment his slash reached the epitome of his range he swapped and slashed back to the left, repeating this twice more. After finishing his four charging slashes he would sheathe his sword before launching himself backwards to clear some distance. After a second or so he would swipe his blade down and to the right to remove any "blood" if there was any before slowly sheathing the blade. The moment the blade would be fully sheathed he would launch himself forward once more, instantly unsheathing and slashing at him before flipping over to land behind him. Finally done with his attack he re-sheathed the blade again, and any of the ones that landed would finally appear the moment it clicked into the sheathe.

Unfortunately, Constantine had forgotten something very important during his last attack. The feathers currently moving for him. While it was unknown to most people, something Amias' adversaries had yet to learn was that the feathers were actually one of the most dangerous tools at the man's disposal. With the blast of holy energy unleashed, the power Constantine emitted was actually not enough to dissuade the advance of the feathers; as they latched onto his arms and legs, the reaver would feel himself being pulled downwards by a ferociously heavy amount of weight. Even with his intense power, it wouldn't be enough; the wings of Zachariah were imbued with the density of all the heaviest materials heaven and hell had to offer, and the combined weight of four of them was enough to keep even a Nephilim trapped on the ground. When the smoke and debris from the holy blast cleared, the adept would see Amias standing before him, completely unharmed once again. Another use of the Demon Guard had attested to that. To seal the deal, another set of four feathers would land on the wrists and ankles of the Nephilim, one set on each side of his appendages to make sure that he was anchored to the ground. Through a careful manipulation of mass, it was just enough to keep him fully restrained without breaking any bones or causing severe pain.
"I will say, you put up a decent display given your amount of experience in combat. But unfortunately, young warrior, this is where our duel comes to an end. Your abilities are impressive...impressive enough to where I'm interested." Removing the feathers after a short while, and dismissing them with a wave of his hand, the demon waited for Constantine to right himself and continue the conversation. "I'm going to be rejoining the war efforts in the east soon...but before that, I must handle some business down in what used to be the empire of Fraxon. Your old emperor's domain. And oddly enough, I'm acting on his orders." Orders from a 'dead man'? How fascinating. Surely, the young man would be interested in learning more. "If you'd like to accompany me, I would take you there, so that we can instill order and peace among the currently warring people." It was an offer he could definitely refuse...but why would he? On his back, the mark of Raphael radiated with warmth; perhaps it was a sign of approval from his patron?

• The Sight Just like their counterpart (the Nephilim) the Diabolos can read the auras about them and see things for what they are. This allows them to pinpoint an opponent's energy level(rank), along with the ability to naturally see energy.

This allows them to levitate their own weapons and manipulate them with great speed, power and precision. His plan of attack had fallen apart rather quickly, his mind working too fast on how to attack the man, and instead had ignored the seemingly harmless feathers floating around, having written them off as just being a distraction from before when the man escaped his initial charge. They clung to his armor like magnets, keeping him unable to force them off even with the initial release of energy from within himself. The moment they connected he felt an intense weight slam down on his body, as if he was being pulled down by thousands of pounds of weight. His muscles strained and bulged from the effort he was putting into keeping himself from falling to the ground, and it seemed like it was working at first; however after merely a second of this he was slammed into the ground, his body colliding painfully with said floor. His vision swam briefly from the impact of his chin which rattled his brain slightly, but it was swiftly fixed by his trusty Nephilim regeneration. However any plans of trying to escape were thwarted when Amias placed four more feathers on the four major bones in his body, stopping him from moving whatsoever. With a grunt of annoyance the brown-haired male thrashed his body slightly, attempting to see if he could find some structural weakness in the placement, however when he could find none he simply relaxed his muscles. With this done his pain aura flooded back into his body, condensing down before dissapearing entirely from the battlefield.
After a few seconds Amias removed the feathers, allowing him to stand up and stretch his muscles to make sure they weren't pulled or torn at all. When the man complimented his abilities Constantine smiled softly, happy that he was able to show off the fruits of his training to somehow that he somewhat looked up to, not that he showed that at all. He was very good at keeping his emotions in check, so he made sure not to show his awe towards the man, aside from a simple smile and a polite bow in thanks. Though he did pay attention when the man began explaining about how he was going to return to the war efforts within West's domain, something that made Constantine narrow his eyes briefly upon the man in thought; West had seemingly dissapeared from the face of the earth a while back, leaving him to wander around aimlessly for a while, so it was strange to hear that someone was acting on the mans orders. When he was asked if he wanted to accompany the man with him to Fraxon, offering the ability to help restore peace there, Constantine brought a hand up to scratch his chin in thought. Maybe this was his chance to get out and see the world again, and maybe even get a bit of training in. Maybe he'd be able to convince Amias to teach spar with him more often so he could amass combat experience in the real world. After a moment of thought he spoke in a calm tone, addressing both his offer and his thoughts on the battle. "Thank you for the spar and kind words Ser Amias, it was an honor to fight you, though I must admit your abilities are quite...annoying to deal with. I suppose it was a combination of your experience and my lack thereof, but I hope we can spar again in the future. As for your offer? It would be an honor to come help, maybe I'll find out what happened to Emperor West while we do so, he was a good man, and he helped me when I thought no one would. I want to do right by him by helping his country."

And so their partnership began. What a cheesy intro to what would likely be a terrible play. But nevertheless, there was something that stuck into Amias' mind like a needle as Constantine spoke; his mention of Raphael, and what had happened to him. Searching within himself, Amias sent a silent prayer to his god, asking quickly for approval to disclose this information. Unfortunately for Constantine, the response was negative at this time. It seemed that Raphael wanted to keep his ascension from the young man for a reason, so the demon didn't dwell on it any longer. "Excellent. Then as soon as you're ready, we'll leave for Yuran." It was definitely the first place on Raphael's list for a reason; the death of Elessia--not to mention the terror the conflict between herself and Antony had caused the people--had put the place into riots and general disorder. It was the perfect first stop for spreading not only Raphael's will, but the word of Mazdakism. Lilith seemed to think that Amias wouldn't be able to help? To hell with that. The prayers of thousands of new followers would empower all of the gods of Mazdakism, and give them a new edge in their struggles for power within the first and second planes. They'd have to chew on their own ideals, then. The powers of mortals weren't to be underestimated, especially not in large quantities. Raphael had once made it his duty to save Yuran, and now, it would be the duty of Amias to do the same. To lend Cassandra a hand in Raphael's place in stabilizing her nation so that she could do well as a ruler. It was on that note that Amias began to leave Nocturne on what would likely be a long journey before his return.

Aldrich gave a dismissive wave towards a handful of recruits who were picking themselves up from the floor drenched in sweat. "Zhat wasn't terribly bad. Today you all have learned ze basics which is a step in the right direction. Zour training will not always be so difficult for I will not always be your instructor. Alas, good work today. Clean up ze place and head home for today." Standing up from his perch which overlooked the mock battlefield below he grabbed his coat and slipped it on with ease. What time of day was it outside? He had lot track of time inside this place. Hopefully the sun was going down, he still wasn't so used to the effects it had on his new self even after all this time. With a quick inhale he got a sense of smell for all of those around the complex, and truthfully he wished he hadn't done that. He scrunched his nose in disgust as he turned to face the door to leave. Stepping out into the hallway he overheard a conversation somewhere not too far. Perhaps down a hall or two, close enough for him to catch up. If memory served him correctly, then the two people speaking should both be people he knew.
He wasn't sure about the first one, he only caught a fleeting glimpse of their voice before the other man spoke, which he was almost certain was Amias. But why would he be here? Casting a wearily glance down to his belt he made sure that his new book of secrets was still attached, and upon confirming this he bound off to the source of the voices. Turning to the room and taking a step inside he was greeted with a welcoming sight, sort of. It seemed that he wasn't going insane afterall as before him stood both Amias and Constantine, both of which he knew, albeit not that well, but nonetheless still knew. "Ahh, I thought I heard you two out and about. Well well, what's ze occasion? Certainly you wouldn't juzt meander about the CAZ now would you Amias? And zyou, Constantine, I haven't seen around any of ze meetings. Why such a loner?" The Vampire rested against the door frame with a slight lean as he awaited his responses.
