The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((I know. He started off based off of a character in a book, but he's become his own character completely. I love him and this whole rp. ^_^ ))
Raevyn frowned as Ashriel was called to the office. He glanced at her and nodded for her to go ahead. He would catch up. As soon as Ashriel was out of the classroom, he declared he had to go to the bathroom. The teacher sighed but handed him the pass. Slipping into the hallway, he found a shadowed corner and shifted to his cat form. He would be less noticeable that way, especially when he kept to the shadows as he was. He trailed along behind Ashriel. "I'm here. Just keep going." He warned her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel walked to the office, sighing with relief when Raevyn spoke to her. As she started to enter the office, she made an observation that bugged her. "There's only one glow, Raevyn..." She said softly, looking about once she was in there. Maybe everyone was off on lunch. Yeah. That sounded right. Once she was fully in, the crutches were kicked away and rough hands caught her, covering her mouth. Maybe not.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn slid into the room unnoticed, his black pelt blending into the shadows. His fur began bristling at her words. He wasn't sure what that meant but he was willing to bed it wouldn't be good. He discovered he was right when somebody grabbed Ashriel. He flickered between forms, seeming to appear from nowhere. "Let her go." He warned, amber eyes flashing dangerously. He moved closer to the attacker, kicking the crutches out of his way without looking at them. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel's eyes widened as she saw Raevyn approaching whoever it was who had her. Her mouth was still covered, and she felt helpless. They seemed to know about her prior injury, as they were holding onto her stomach to keep her from lurching forward. "Now why would I do that?" Her attacker bellowed, his voice deep and harsh. Another was coming, she saw, from the hallway behind Raevyn. She wanted to tell him...but how could she speak? This guy had her rendered speechless.
Feeling an ebb of tension in the link that Raevyn had created earlier, Jennalin spoke to him telepathically. "Is something going on?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... ((I'm off to bed. Night!))
"Not now. Busy." Raevyn told Jennalin, too focused on Ashriel's attackers. He snarled at the man who held Ashriel. "Because you are messing with the wrong person." Without even looking, having heard the footsteps, he snapped a kick backwards at the person coming up behind him. "She is mine and you will let her go!" The tiger that should be....isn't....

The person who'd been coming up behind Raevyn fell and changed when they were kicked - into the wolf from before. The wolf. Ashriel shivered, attempting to struggle out of her current attacker's grasp. Why did it matter so much? Slowly, the hand covering her mouth changed...into a bear paw. Ash gulped, looking at Raevyn. These didn't look like good odds - not at all.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn, seeing how this fight was going to go, shifted as well to take his jaguar form. He snarled, changing his angle slightly so he could see both of them. With a roar, he lunged towards the bear. The wolf he could deal with later, but he didn't want to leave Ashriel in the were's grip any longer than he had to. It wasn't safe for her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The bear shifted its grip of Ashriel into one paw, so that the other was free to swat at Raevyn. Of course, while doing this, it let its paw off of Ashriel's lips. Her eyes slipped up, looking at the bear's snout. Could she help at all? She squirmed a bit, trying to distract it while she focused on trying to hit him.
Jennalin, hearing a roar by the office, cursed lightly. She might be able to help! Quickly, she made her way to peer into the office. The bear - and that was probably Ash's wolf. Shoot. Her hand clutched onto her phone, and she dialed her brother's number. "Lucian...problem. Err... there are a wolf and a bear in the school office. The bear is holding Ash - and Raevyn is trying to fight them both at the same time. Please get here quick!" She said, not giving her brother a chance to respond. Quietly, she focused on distracting the wolf. It wasn't that hard to send out a telepathic signal that would bug it - the only problem would be her attracting its attention.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn, a part of his mind still linked to Jennalin, snarled. "Stop that! No sense getting yourself killed. Ashriel would kill me!" He ordered her as he ducked under the bear's paw. Bears weren't the fastest things around and certainly not as fast as a cat. He seemed to almost glide under the bear's defense, graceful as he reared up on his back legs, biting at the bear's throat. He kept his ears open for the wolf but focused on freeing Ashriel first. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The bear practically threw Ashriel away trying to swing Raevyn off it. It constantly swatted at Raevyn as the wolf was still trying to pinpoint the source of the signal. Jennalin bit her lip hearing Raevyn. She wanted to help - but if both of them were being attacked, then it was more likely that Ash would get hurt. She sighed, releasing the signal. Okay, so she could definitely have picked a better time to release the signal - the wolf was back at Ashriel.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn let go of the bear, hurrying over to Ashriel. A constant, never-stopping snarl bubbled from his throat. He tackled the wolf, pushing it away from Ashriel. Ignoring and and all wounds on his body, Raevyn moved to stand guard in front of Ash, daring the pair to attack him. "Bring it wussies! She's mine so go to hell." He taunted them. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel bit her lip, watching as Raevyn went in front of her. After a minute of the bear and wolf trying to break past Raevyn, Lucian managed to come into the office. His eyes went around carefully. He quickly changed into a large tiger. "How'd it happen?" He questioned Raevyn before growling at the wolf and bear.
The two looked between Raevyn and Lucian for a minute before changing back, hurrying off. No use in risking such a fight so dangerous.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Only once the two were's were gone did Raevyn relax. He turned to nuzzling Ashriel up and down, checking her over. When he spoke to Lucian, he excluded Ashriel, not wanting to worry her. "She got called to the office. I trailed along behind her. Fighting broke out pretty much the moment they touched her." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel felt Raevyn checking her, and she looked at her leg. When the bear had thrown her, her impulse was to use that leg to break her fall. It wasn't her fault that her body forgot that she was injured. Her eyes looked at Raevyn softly, thinking.
Lucian looked at Raevyn carefully, nodding before glancing at his sister. She'd had to hide when the other weres fled - Lucian was worried that she would have been taken had she not. He looked at Raevyn again. "Looks like you held them up long enough. I wonder what would have happened hadn't you followed." He told Raevyn quietly, thinking of the possibilities.
"Hello? Mind link? I don't need to know what you boys are talking about." Jennalin interjected to Raevyn suddenly, startling Lucian.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Whoops." Raevyn jumped, his eyes widening. He'd forgotten about that. "Sorry Jen." Swiftly, he shut down that link before responding to Lucian. "If I hadn't followed, I'm assuming Ashriel would be hurt even worse or killed." He sighed, looking over her leg. "As it is, it's bad enough." Gripping her pant leg lightly, he drew it back, checking to see if the wound was bleeding again. The tiger that should be....isn't....
