Clerk: "then I will simply give this to you, and you can use it how you see fit, all you do is hold it and when you choose to simply look at the person you want to know more about and you'll dive into his or her memories. Relax you two, nobody can get hurt from this." she smiled. "so what do you say?"

Chase: "are you ok Ayumi" he said noticing her looking like she was in a little bit of pain.

(had to put a twist somewhere. lol)

Clerk: "good" she said and handed it to him. "now look at the one you want to observe, and have fun" she smiled and walked away.

Chase: "I hope the child comes out soon because when it does it's grounded for kicking so much." he said looking stern at her stomach.

All of a sudden Sora and Ronin were in a memory of Chase from a long time ago. From all the things around them it was clear that it was a good 200 years ago, Chase was with another girl, clearly very close from how they acted as time quickly moved to a moment not long after that Chase was fighting a group of people at the edge of the village as the people watched on in fear along with the girl, Chase managed to fight them all off but when he looked at the girl again she looked in fear and started attacking him with water attacks. He just simply stood there taking it for several minutes while she was screaming insults at him for being different and he simply walked away afterwards with a cold look in his face. The orb then paused the scene prepareing to jump much later in the future but allowing the two of them to dwell on what they saw.

The orb then took them to another memory as Chase could be seen walking into another town he went to a bar to get a drink before heading out. A group of thugs tried to steal money from the bar tender Chase walked over to them and in one punch knocked them out and returned the money to the bar. As he walked off the bartender wanted to invite him over for the night noticing he looked like he had no place to go. All he said was. "I need no pity from you" in a cold voice and walked off. the orb once again paused.

the orb then took them again into another memory this time it was in the middle of the woods Chase was walking and a man came up to him wearing half white and half black on him he looked and talked to him. "you poor young soul, so much compassion for the living and yet given so much hatred in return, almost like you're branded with a curse." Chase: "don't patronise me, besides I'm not that young boy." Man: "no, but compared to me, you're quite young, my name is Lehran, and I don't mean to insult you, I know how you feel. We are not much different, two forsaken souls seeking something to end the pain of lonlyness. I understand you quite well. I see you in the shadows helping people but rejecting them when they address you. I saw you get hurt by that woman awhile back, I've been watching you awhile I hoped you would have an answer to this problem, but I see we both are unable to find a way to find acceptance." Chase: "so you were watching me, that's a little creepy." Lehran: "yes I understand that, but wouldn't you do the same if you thought you could end your pain." Chase: "you have a point there." Lehran: "such cold eyes you have, why don't we try and find the answers together, perhaps finding companionship in like minded people will ease our troubled spirits." Chase: "so I am to assume you know I am not the same" Lehran: "I neither fear nor hate you, and there are others who will feel the same, perhaps your heart will become different from the rest of your flesh in due time." chase then walked beside the man. Chase: "thank you friend" he smiled holding back tears.

Ronin and Sora looked at what was happening "Awwww poor Chase." Sora had tears coming down hr face. "Yeah but he made a friend. Thats good." He said smiling and Sora nodded.

Sora looked at Chase so did Ronin. They both smiled. "Thank you Chase." She kissed him lightly on the lips. Sora walked up to him and slapped him. "Your so mean." Ronin ran over. "He doesn't know what we did."Sora looked at him. "You didn't tell me!" She said kind of mad at Ronin. "Sorry, I thought you heard the lady."

Sora looked at Chase and felt bad. "No....I'm sorry Chase you can help Ayumi." Ronin looked around. "What the heck are you talking about?" He sighed and held the ball up looking in it Sora held his arm. "Are you ok Chase?" Ayumi put her hand on his cheek.
