Well yeah. If I already got those two Elements and then got a Hyouton User's heart, I should get the ability to use Ice. But I won't argue with any of it. If I can't, then I can't.
But as a suggestion to this, I think that it should be allowed, but only for Elemental Bloodlines (Hyouton, Satetsu, etc.) and not other stuff like Uchiha, Hyuuga, or Aburame. I wouldn't be able to get bugs or anything. Just the user's Elemental Affinities including Elemental Bloodlines.

@Hark: Problem with that is, if we allowed it, you could give yourself five bloodlines, along with your original, which would indeed be excessively OP. But then, considering you'd have to beat the RPC to do it, there is that side of it too.
It would be cool to see, but I don't see it being allowed any time soon.
@Kumo: Dunno, you'll have to ask a mod from Kiri. Most likely Luo or Gregar. Wait, no, that's not the right answer. Yet at the same time it is. Drop one of those two a PM, and they should be able to straighten you out.
I'm kind of surprised we don't have that as a medical technique.
Disclaimer: Before anyone goes and submits it to me as a medical tech, they will need to get Gregar or Lance's approval, or I'll just let it sit. I don't know why it's not available to medics, and I'm not going to be caught in the middle.

We had a problem like this in another guild I was in. We allowed the Tendrills to take bloodline elements, but they had to have the other 2 elements to use it. So if someone stole a Hyoton Heart, they had to have the ability to use wind and water before they were able to use Hyoton, the hyoton heart did not grant them the other two elements only the ice part. If they didn't have them it acted just like another heart until they got the needed elements. No element added, but they would have to destroy it to kill the user...Thats just my 2 cent.

Lament_of_the_lonely This is a question regarding the Eternal Mangekyo, since I'm pretty damn close to it. Its not very clear as to what happens to the eyes...I mean...am I transplanting and evolving? Is there some jutsu to merge them? Will I have my old eyes to give out as transplants? After checking the bloodline, I'm guessing they merge. It says in the rules for eternal that they fuse together, so yeah, you can't give away your old eyes.

MistahSixxPathsGod All right. I am so sick of everyone ranting on teh Aburame caln. "Oh... uh... you have a swarm of bugs who can eat chakra. You are invincible. NO! They don't get a system of anykind! NO! They shouldn't b able to use ninjutsu ((I have seen this, and it's been mentioned here.)) NO! If you are aburame your godly so don't try to improve upon it. Well if they are so drastically powerful why have them at all. It's unfair to have mutating bugs, yet teh Kazekage is about to have the same eyes as madara, and she can literally make things burst into flames by looking at them. Oh yeah that and being able to WARP YOUR MIND. Oh look a byakugan! He can cut off your chakra altogether. Nope, bugs are much stronger! Hey look, the animal bloodline Mistah created. He can become a venomous werewolf who can lift 850 times his weight and move as fast as a cheetah! Nope Aburame is better... they have chakra eating bugs that are weak to fire... ((Rant complete)) All im saying is that it needs to be defined to avoid trouble. However I do think the Aburame chakra system should be dealt with first, since it is pretty much the main part of the aburame clan. @crew: speaking of which I know you hate us asking, but it has been a really long time and no Aburame system so... what happened? I even suggested a system you said you would put it in the crew forum for discussion. if nothing else you could just modify the chakra draining jutsus so they say specifically genin drain __ chakra per turn. chuunin drain __ chakra per turn etc. I was told that was too simple, but I think it would work fine. A lot better than no system at least.

On the subject of the tendril bloodline and bloodline elements, I'm going to have to say no. There's more to a bloodline element than the heart in my mind, and while you could argue that it's not really all that different, you would have a hard time arguing that it isn't imbalancing for game-play.
As for the Aburame bug system, I'm sorry we haven't completed that project, but we've been busy trying to finish the shinobi professions system, which I'll be the first to admit probably needs still more work, but we will try and get it done, please just have patience, the crew has a lot of work on its plate and we're trying to prioritize things based on what is most necessary for the guild as a whole.
On one final note, I'm surprised to see you joined this guild bb3000ae, I thought you would be too busy with NUR, I'm glad to see that you've shown a bit of interest in the guild.

The wheel patterns will then combine to form a unique Eternal Mangekyo. then you are immortal and your eyesight will never go bad?... not really sure what happens then... I would need to research.

Oh I'm popular yay! lol Actually I resigned as Captain over 6 months ago, the guild turned into a debate fest where i seemed to be called in every 5 min to rule on someones fight or someone god modding cause no one took any of the crews word but mine. Came to a point I couldn't even rp anymore since my entire time was used on other peoples issues and by the time i actually did have free time I was so drained I couldn't even rp. I only kept doing it to make things better for my friends, but soon they all had to leave for personal reasons. Then it was just me and I didnt feel like using all my energy for people who didn't even appreciate it. Anyway I hope to make this my main roleplaying guild now with my #1 priority to roleplay a good story and make friends : D (apologizes for boring story)

teaching master is the only one that lets you teach others using scrolls. Can you still give the student a scroll to learn from or no?

bam bam chikity bam! how do jounin rank up to sannin? i mean, there has to be a way for people to rank up and grow stronger, right? if not, then the only actual way to increase a rank is the chuunin exams -_-
but yea, even if i don't literally get the rank of sannin, i feel like i'm ready enough to increase my character's skill. and learning jutsus doesn't necessarily increase your character's strength. so yea.....help a brother out? neutral
