Aw man, if you guys were at my house today you'd get a first hand experience of a Mexican Christmas! Every year on Christmas Eve we start making them, and then on Christmas day we eat them! biggrin

We sometimes buy tamales in the local grocery store's parking lot from this one lady who shows up every week.
Also, we used to have Hispanic neighbors who would invite us over sometimes.
I like tamales when they're spicy though. smile
