 Goosie stepped out of a DRK portal, having had to do some laundry to get a proper outfit for training. It had been quite an ordeal. The portal closed behind her and she looked sidelong at Bristan. She heaved a small sigh, seeing he was indeed asleep. Considering how well he typically handled being woken suddenly, she deposited her now-clean clothes up on the top of her bunk and then went to sit quietly by his side.

 The Akumoni was startled by the sudden entrance of her friend, and leapt to her feet. She turned on her heels, hands balled into fists in front of her, electricity crackling across her knuckles. She then relaxed when she saw it was Goosie, and flopped back down onto the mattress.

"U-um...hi....?" Goosie asked hesitantly from her place on the edge of Bristan's bed, giving her friend a confused look when she'd noticed her. Phyx seemed a bit less perky than usual.

'S-Sorry. You scared me,' Asphyxia explained. 'I - I should really stop trying to attack whatever makes me jump.' She laughed, which sounded slightly strained.

The girl tilted her head, smiling faintly in return and saying "I'm okay, um, Bristan and I are 'sposed to be training but I got kind of sidetracked trying to find a laundry place that was open, and then there was this dog and some man who smelled weird...y'know, I'm just like really glad I don't live in Durem sometimes."

Goosie giggled a little as well, "Y-yeah...he could've used it." She glanced back at her sleeping boyfriend, gently pulling the covers up over him a little bit.

'It's kind of sad that could've been considered the polite thing to do. I know people who would've just yelled "you smell, take a ******** shower" at him. Such charmers.'

"That wouldn't have been very nice..." Goosie frowned, "But um, he was kind of a scary man actually--err, he didn't really um, understand the concept of like not following someone. He kept going on about how the world's gonna end or something. I was like telling him I was going to try and help stop it but no, um, instead of calming him down he just like decided I was the person to latch onto...it was weird."

"Yeaaah...and I would've like made a portal but the guy was already pretty um, crazy, I didn't wanna add to that...I lost him eventually though." She explained, scratching the back of her head sheepishly.

Goosie opened her mouth to respond, then looked thoughtful, frowning before she admitted "Y-you know, it's kinda bad that you're um, right about that."
