"Not really" she said deciding that ale wouldn't make her any worse "one in the face others ran" she shrugged. "Hi" she said again swallowing a mouthful of the ale "I'm Diia".

Debido looked at how she was treating her wounds. "You know that's gonna take forever right?" he said as his crystal began to glow. He then spun his wrist and summoned a small amount of shining water, which ran over Diia's wounds and healed them almost instantaneously. "I take it you're a powerless human right?" he then sat up quickly with an apologetic look before he gave her time to reply. "Oh sorry! I didn't mean it like your weak, just you can't use magic, right?"

Daii withdrew at first she hadn't come in contact with anyone who could do anything like that. "Hey...... how?" she asked the man touching some of the areas that he healed. "Thank you " she said still slightly taken aback.

Debido chuckled at her shock. "Man if you're suprised by that, you'll probably die of shock in one of our battles before anyone has the chance to kill you." he sat back as the water disappeared. "I guess I'll just have to protect you, my darling fair maiden." he said with a grin.

Diia raised one eyebrow and took another small swig "name?" she asked putting her things back in her pack and standing up. That was amazing there was still some pain but her legs were just about fixed again.

He grinned at her subtle reply. "The name's Debido. Oh and if you see a black cat acting really wierd, that's me." he said, gesturing to himself with a wink.

Daii didn't know quite how to interpret that last part, "Debido" she said to herself stretching her legs. "So..." she said walking over to a tree "why.. are you h.. here" she asked as she climbed it. She liked trees they were good for several things and didn't run away like animals did. "Good" she'd found a nice branch that she could lie on without falling and was in earshot of Debido.

Somewhere west of the camp Kai glanced at a mid-sized beehive that hung on a low branch, honey would be a good glaze on whatever meat he found..he already found a bit of fruit that he was carrying in a large leaf. He used some of his blood to rid the hive of bees and cut it from the tree, as he caught the hive he heard something nearby then felt four thick claws rake across his shoulder. As a reflex Kai's blood whipped from the fresh would and neatly severed the bear's head, then after actually looking at it he cleaned and cut a manageable amount of meat and used a curved hollow branch to drag their food back to camp.

Debido transformed into a black cat to quickly scale the tree and get on a branch close to Diia before he transformed back. "Why am I here? Hmm......I guess I'm just here cuz it's home. My lil darlin devil showed it to me sooo."

Kusargi rolled her eyes, then focused on her breathing, slowing it down. She hated the after-effects of her powers.
"The name's Kusargi Diia. Figured you would wanna know."

Debido noticed Kusargi's breathing. "You really should ask the ice spirit if it can do somethin about that." he called down to her.

It might, said a voice in her head. It could just kill you. But, you need ot do things your way. I won't stop you.

"Home" Diia said sadly closing her eyes she didn't even know where her home was any more. Her head flopped to the side as she slowly fell asleep.

Kai dragged the meat and hive back into camp, he was a bit more pale then usual and string like threads of blood were stitching the claw marks on his shoulder. "Oay, lazy neco, you can cook at least right?" he left the food by the remains of the fire then walked over and sat against a tree, glancing at the blood threads as they finished stitching the wound then returned to his veins

Kai's talking stirred Diia who rolled off the branch a good 16 feet and landed inches from Kai left side. "Ooow" she said weakly before falling asleep again almost immediately this time in a more sensible position.
