@Divine: Respect is overrated. *shrugs* And definitely not something that can be forced. I don't think there's anyone I can quite say I respect, really. Oh, except Peter Nguyen. He's my idol. 3nodding Re. my potential interest: I'm still not sure whether I actually feel anything or if my mind is playing tricks on me. xp Might be the longest I've gone without being sure. sweatdrop Or might not be. Sometimes i think about running off with someone else because my bf can be so horrible and mean sometimes (I'm not joking people here, constant teasing, being constantly attacked even when i ask him to stop, broken promises, Epic failure when it comes to spending time with me etc) just because they have been nice to me for about 5 minutes.

peoplers Sometimes i think about running off with someone else because my bf can be so horrible and mean sometimes (I'm not joking people here, constant teasing, being constantly attacked even when i ask him to stop, broken promises, Epic failure when it comes to spending time with me etc) just because they have been nice to me for about 5 minutes. I can safely say, ditch the boyfriend. A boyfriend shouldn't treat you like that.

EDIT : also i think if i break up with him and some of the guys from my roleplay club find out my life will become slightly unbearable

Being single can be fun! I had a shitty boyfriend like that, and the day I finally worked up the nerve to dump him was one of the best days of my life. (Seriously. I couldn't stop smiling, and my parents thought I was a freak XD)

I can't help it! i was friends with him for ages before we started going out and we've been going out for what feels like forever (ok over a year and a half, but in teen turns that is forever! lol) and now i have to go to sleep because i have my first driving lesson tomorrow morning and its getting late here

I dunno that he thinks of you as a friend. Since it has been so long though, maybe try talking with him? Let him know that you're not going to put up with it, and if he doesn't change his ways he's dumped. It might work?

Cause I have a friend who's in a similar predicament: her boyfriend (technically fiance, which has always been a big headdesker for me) is an a*****e and makes her upset most of the time, but she won't leave him because "being single would be worse". Honestly, I don't see how being single could possibly be worse than putting up with a guy who just makes you feel like s**t. neutral Which may or may not be based on the fact that I don't see any appeal at all in not being single, but either way...that's my 2g to chew on. :/ None of us can make you do anything you don't think is right. We can only chip in. And trust me, even though I've never dated, I know from other experience how ridiculously hard it is to separate yourself from someone you're attached to, even if you know they're poisonous...I always want to say "just dump him already", but even for those who are well aware of the situation, it's wayeasier said than done. sweatdrop
