Shane pulled off his boots and removed his sword. Then he laid down on the bed, staring up at the ceiling.

Faith was already in there room.
Hope got ready for bed.
"Hope, why were you so avid that you didn't deserve Shane?" Faith asked.
"Well..." Hope said, looking down.
"Hope, you can tell me everything," Faith said.
"Faith..." Hope said. "I'm not really a person..."
"Of course you are," Faith said.
"No, Faith, I'm not really your sister.... I'm a clone," Hope said.
"No, you're not...." Faith said. "You're my sister...."
"I'm sorry, we've been lying to you. ANd i didn't want to, but Dad wanted me too," Hope said and then turned and ran from the room.

Shane stepped back a little in surprise, then wrapped his arms around her comfortingly. "I knew you'd be able to tell her," he said. "Was she angry that you hadn't told her or something?"
