Sorsha walked toward Yukiko. "Hey... you okay?* as she put a hand on the shoulder of the girl.

John looked over at Mattheis. "Well you see I would care about what people see, but with everyone around here," he waved his hand in motion to show everyone around him, "I'm pretty sure I'll be alright. But then again, all I really need behind me is this girl right here," he jerked his thumb behind him at Wanda, and then turned around to look at her. "Well I'd love to go home... you know, Wanda, I miss the old you. You'd have been happy to have Pietro killed. You probably would've helped me," he looked down at the squirell. "Actually it was given to me, when my old boss discovered me. He noticed me burning my parents house down and watched as I laughed my head off. He called me a pyromaniac...which is true." "What's wrong with Icegirl? She's scared of fire?" Wanda asked. "I don't know but it's weird isn't it?," John replied to Wanda, "espically considering the fact that her powers can take out mine. I already told her that, but for some reason she doesn't seem to believe it."

OOC: Sorry about the short post, gotta to go to class!

Yukiko sniffled and nodded to Sorsha she was okay.

"I'm sorry about that, I just can't stand fire... I seem t-to lose all my concentration and I freak out."

She stood up and wiped at her frozen tears.

[ Message temporarily off-line ]

OOC: What do you mean no one's here? Just post, and wait for someone to respond, if it takes awhile. . . then it took awhile.

"Oh great," said Wanda with sarcasm. "You know you could just turn it out if you wanted to. You have ice powers. You can take care of flames with a blow of your icy breath." She shook her head and heard Pyro's comment. "Unlike you, I know that my brother still has some use alive. And you better leave my squirrel alone Pyro or I'm not going to hold him off when he'll want to go after your nuts."

"Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight! Like I'm some kind of homosexual squirrel," replied Foamy. And then pointed his finger to Pyro. "Your response still sounds suspicious to me but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Just this once. After that, I'm starting to say you have fantaisies over the feminine guy there," he continued while pointing at Pietro.

He then went back to Wanda and saw her big strange book. "What the hell is this?" He took a look at it. "Oh wow. It's ma---"

Wanda grabbed him by the neck and glared at him. "You leave that book alone in any way you can imagine. If you insult it, scratch on it, spite on it, pee on it, burn it, vomit on it or anything like that, I'm going to kill you. Am I clear?"

"Did anyone mentioned you that you had a big anger problem?"

She groaned and let the squirrel fell. The later landed on his feet and rested on her shoulder.

IN LIMBO:

Magik's war against the war lord leaders of Limbo wasn't easy as told. It went by with many deaths and much hardship. Phenix, herself, had amazed many injuries along the way. More than she did in any X-Men battle. Five broken ribs, a broken arm, two permanent scars, 100 stitches, a mild concussion, two bouts of the flu, and severe exhaustion. If it weren't for the healer mutants Illyana brought through (Phenix refused to believe there was any magic involved with their abilities as the folks around her said), she probably would have been dead by now... or at least laid up for a year.

But the job was done. Magik was the leader of all major armies that had opposed her. That left her to be feared and worshiped at the same time. The throne was hers. The advisors who had been misguiding her were arrested for treason against the crown. She was their leader until the next opposer would come. Phenix was pretty sure that wasn't happening any time soon after today. It was the biggest battle Limbo had seen in a very long time.

Over the days ending the battle, Phenix said goodbye to her counterpart. She said goodbye to Petra, who was the hardest to say goodbye to. And then, it was time for her to go home. She and Piotr could finally return back to Xavier's after such a long time away. Once Illyana felt that their might wasn't needed, she took them to the portal she controlled to get them back home.

"I can't every tell you both how much I appreciate you helping me here," Illyana said as she walked them.

Phenix smiled and slightly felt guilty for her recent attitude towards her. She squeezed Piotr's hand and looked over at Illyana, "You know we'd do anything for you."

"But still, this was alot. Hopefully I won't be asking much more anytime soon."

"You will come back to see us," Piotr said not as a question, but more of an order to his little sister.

She smiled her girlish smile reminding them both that she was still a girl, "Of course." Illyana stopped and put her hand to a wall. She opened a portal that showed their home, the Institute, in a hazy gray. She motioned for them to start their way through after a few goodbye hugs.

"Ladies first," Piotr bowed for Phenix to go through. Without hesitation she stepped forward through to the grass of the Institute yard. Just as she did, every inch of the cave behind her shook. Rocks started to tumble down the wall. She felt Piotr's hand behind her coat itself with its steel metal. But as soon as Phenix turned around to go back, the portal was gone. The last thing she saw was Piotr pushing Illyana down away from crumbling rocks.

Phenix stood there in shock. There was no way for her to go back now. She didn't know what to do... so she sank down onto her knees in the Institute yard and stared at the place before her that had been her exit out. The one person she loved most in the world was not coming home with her... did she see them die with those rocks? Would he come through the portal?

She sat in the Institute yard and stared. She didn't know what else to do.

OOC: Okay, Phenix is back.

John returned Gambit's evil smile. "It's going to be real fun hanging out with you again, Gambit. Besides, we'll be able to fit us all in. I wonder if there's one of this huge busses around here, like grayhound, or somethin'. Their seats are always so comfy. Hey Pietro, do you feel like take a run around? If not, we'll just go ourselves..." John hoped Pietro would say no, so that he and Remy could go and have some fun while looking for the bus.
