Akimbo I hate pizza with sauce on it. crying I'm not too fond of pizza without sauce... Though a good fresh tomato, basil, and olive oil 'za with some fresh sliced mozzerella and olives is good too.

Though a good fresh tomato, basil, and olive oil 'za with some fresh sliced mozzerella and olives is good too. One of the local pizza places in my town started making a pizza with no sauce OR cheese. All it has is pepperoni on it. And since the dough is white, you can't actually tell it has no cheese on it until you start wondering why the pizza has no flavor.

I just like it with some olive oil and a bit of cheese on top, along with some green pepper. The only reason I don't like pizza with sauce is because most pizza sauces make me sick ot my stomach. I can't really eat Italian food for that reason. It's the spices in all the tomato sauces and what not. sweatdrop

That's why they should at least put some olive oil and herbs on it. It'll help bring out the natural flavor of the dough... They should just give up on calling it pizza, douse it with herbs, make it smaller, and call it Foccacia. People love focaccia... and its great with tomato soup.
