-Vel pulls into a parking lot, he shuts off the engine and his men unload, surrounding the vehical, looking for any sign of threat, the man on the turret has NV goggles, he was checking the roof tops-

-a group of men, all dressed in black cloaks standing around a vehical, all holding weapons, some big and some small, what a sight, a small group of men walked towards the car, it was a Rogue group of Vamps, Calling themselves the "De'veruna" this was a meeting of leaders-

-the Ventrue Elite quickly pull arms and are ready to fire, but then they realize its a kid playing tricks and hold thiere fire, the approaching group pull thiere weapons aswell and take aim, this kid would be dead if she had done something lethal- Its just a kid... -Vel spoke softly as his eyes flickered-

Echo jumps off the building. Her sensative hearing had picked up what he had said. "Kid? I'm a kid you say?" She said, crossing her arms and glaring fiercly.

-the turret gunner follows her movements, watching her as the leader of the rogue group climbs into the hummer, the Ventrue were all standing on one side of the hummer, and the De'veruna on the other-

-the leaders discuss a treaty while the soldiers await instructions outside the Hummer, the gunner watching the "kid" who was on the building watching them-

-Both the leaders step outside of the hummer, exiting from different sides and meeting at the rear of the Hummer, they shake hands, and the soldiers relax into ease, they were now allies, the Psychics had Mob prowess over the punk rogue faction, they would be included in events to come, the De'veruna all walk off into the night, back inbetween the building they came from, The Ventrue Elite pile back into the Hummer and get ready to leave, all the while the gunner watched the "kid"-

-the turret gunner loads the gun and fires a pot shot at the kids position, the round bounces off the wall and makes an odd noise, it was a rubber bullet, just to scare the kid, the hummer quickly sped off into the street, jumping into traffic, the gunner laughing aloud as they drove on-
