good taking it slow today my upper back is being painful and stiff...just when I need to pack to go to a 3 day long dance party...
I have friends there that are healers/massage people so I hope I can get some help Friday after I get there LOL

Oooohhh....A three day party! Sounds fun. I hope your friends can help with your back. I work at a preschool, so my back hurts a lot.

He's taking his leave on Sept 25th and then the big wedding is Sept 30th. I got to see him during my CA/KY trip.
