No, in part 1 he had the Hadoken, and in part 3 he had the Golder Armour and if you do some things you can get Zero's Z-sabre. In part 4 he had the Nova Strike which he could spam but its just not the same like parts 1 and 2 gonk Each game after 3 progressively got worse ._. 1-3 was made of pure win, 4 was good and then it started getting kinda stale gonk Besides ONLY in part 2 can you fight FLYING BURRITO MAN! o_O http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzvKNOSDDJk (Actually its the X-Hunter named Agile which you encounter if you beat him during the first half of the game) ninja
