Tutsumi THe torrental downpour or "water needles" continued to increase in number from the clouds as the air pressure became thinner around Shiro. Tutsumi was slowly removing the water from the oxygen around Shiro and sending it up to the clouds to help with the needles. Shiro inhaled deeply, and noticed that the air around him was lacking water. He took a step backwards and held out his hand. Shinkuu No Jutsu!Shiro created a powerful Vacuum in Tutsumi's direction, causing the needles to again course away from Shiro and towards Tutsumi.

He called out into the whipping winds to Shiro "SHIRO!!!" he yelled, "...WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" mrgreen

Tutsumi smirked slightly as he thrusted his other hand downwards, bursts of lightning crackling down around Shiro, aiming for him with all of mother nature's energy. Once again, Tutsumi reversed the pull of the water in the vaccum to nullify the attack.
