Well Actually if you think about it they are kinda.... well the MOST fail....
They have the Most Missing Ninja, There Kage's keep killing themselves to beat there foes (the first 4 did) and (Spoiler ->) They get Blown up by Pain
And WORST OF ALL.... Sasuke is from Leaf....
On the other Hand The Leaf from the GUILD Is amazing; The Hokage alone makes it the best Village

Yeah but that Jack of all Trades took on a small army of Leaf Ninja and still won (Until Naruto Got there and learned the magic of Tactics)
