Kysha gave a sad look "I can't believe you hunt animals" she said "they are so peaceful and they've never done anything. You'd get more if you settled on land with great soil and grew your own food."

"well... i havn't been able to hunt... although i have tried."
He raised his sleeve above his shoulder to reveal a scar that extended from the front of the shoulder, to the end of his elbow.
"sent home really fast..."

Kysha looked at the scar and then lightly ran her index finger down it "Bear" she asked "and that's not exactly what I meant. I meant, do you all hunt a lot?"

Tye winced as the finger went down it.
"as i said. most of us have tried. one succeded and claimed to not have seen the boy... but the next week, he came back with a similar scar. and bald... that's when we started to see a little black animal following him arround... it was vicious. no one entered the forest since. and then, he came to the town! said he wanted some cloth and a hammer... and some metal. of coarse, we declined his offer... but he still seemed to get some...

Kysha took Tye's hand in hers "Whatever happened, please don't fight over the forest" she said with watery eyes "you can talk it over, come to an agreement, just please don't start a war."

"i wouldn't normally fight in such a foolish scramble... but i am enlisted in our army... it's not my choice... you'd have to talk to the chief... but he went westward with some warriors... funny... he went at about the same time Idicota died..."
