Snow is cold and hinders movement by making your body waste up energy keeping itself warm rather than assisting you with movement
And then you get hit with snowballs

but yea I think non elemental moves don't have a weakness they are just that non elemental
But rasengan even the normal one is not non elemental it is wind natured. That is why Kakashi can't do it fully, if it was non elemental he could but he can't cause it's wind natured

he made it wind element by adding the wind element in Rasen Resengan
Wind beat Lightning

If it were wind chidori should not have held it at a stand still, but been beaten due to elemental upper hand.
Plus Leafninja doesn't have it down as wind.

Rasengan is considered non-elemental
The way it appears in the anime makes it look like wind, but its just pure chakra. . .
Sort of like. . .a kamehamaha. . .
There is a Wind Rasengan if Im not mistaken though

The manga created by the person who came up with naruto had kakashi say that the rasengan has a wind nature
So though I do respect leafninja and its info
I sincerely will not trust it over Masashi Kishimoto
