"Listen, Lunaria..." said Eru as he approached the building. "Sorry if I worried you back there. Its just... something horrible came to the village, and I feared that the SLS had finally been destroyed." Eru reached the building, which was surprisingly intact. Whatever battle that had taken place here was brief. He opened the door for Lunaria, revealing his chivlarous side.

The moment the kunai had stricken the wall, Eru was turned with his gun extended. This was bad.... there were more shinobi here. Lunaria knowing his identity was risky enough, but confessig to another was just suicide. He would have to use his acting to get him out of this one. Hopefully Lunaria would play along...
"I do not answer cowards who attack from behind." he answered, with a fake sense of malicious intent. "Unless, of course, they answer me first. Who are you, and where are your friends?" he barked.

Eru took a deep breath. She could not know that he was on her side. He didn't want to this, but he was out of options. Hopefully Lunaria would forgive him.
Eru let go of his gun, letting it fall to the ground. But this was not a sign of surrender. Before the gun reached the ground, he had grabbed the kunai that was hurled at him from the wall, and had grabbed Lunaria. The kunai was nestled at her throat. "One bird flaps a wing, and she's dead. I hope you can control them as good as you claim." said Eru. He was quickly tapping morse code on Lunaria's neck, in hopes that should would understand. He told her to knock him out, and offer to dispose of the body. Then, when the other shinobi was out of sight, she would hide him in a bush, and leave with the shinobi to safety.

The blow to the stomach caused Eru to drop the kunai. As he keeled over, the kick to the head finished him. He laid on the floor, quite unconscieous.

Daysa looked at her and nodded. She dismissed her squad and took off for the fort "I'll wait for you by the forest edge this way to take you to the fort."

"Uhhhh...." muttered Eru as he slowly gather conscieousness. "Me and my bright ideas...." he mumbled sarcastically tp himself. As he stretched his arms, he hand brushed up the letter left by Lunaria. He brushed himself off and opene to letter to read it.

Eru rose from the ground and read the note once more. He smiled; shinobi like Lunaria made his dangerous double life all worth while. Although he wished that he could have kept the note, knew that would be far to risky. He took out a lighter bearing the Bekobi insignia and lit the note. The note blew from his hand ad burned away before it even hit the ground. "Damn, that girl can hit..." said Eru as he rubbed his swollen head. His mission accomplished, he mounted his trusty rifle upon his back and headed back into the wilderness. His superiors were probably wondering about him, and it had been far too long since Eru's report anyway. "I wonder what lie I should tell them this time..." pondered Eru as he descended in the depths of the countryside.

Lunaria got to the girl and took her hand to climb onto the condors back "Thanks again."
