Sam, I checked the "Where was Adonis" thing, and cannot find any mention of him being in Europe. Do you know where you saw it?
One statement Adonis's mother made was that the season doesn't matter where they went. There are two interpretations of this:
1) The seasons never matter where they went because it is similar weather all year, which means it is near the equator (or near a pole maybe?)
2) The current season in England (winter) didn't matter because it would be a different season where they went (summer), which means they could be anywhere in the southern hemisphere.
Which interpretation do you think is correct?

Lyra steps into the common room and lets her heavy bag slide off her shoulder onto the nearest table with a loud "thunk". She sinks into her favorite chair, staring vacantly at the fire in front of her. Lyra feels all her muscles begin to relax, one by one, and within minutes she drifts off into a dreamless sleep.

 Kisaki wakes up and stretches. She looks around the dormitory and smiles. She feels so great here in the castle, and is very excited to get to her first classes.
Kisaki dresses and gathers up her school things. She then heads down to the Great Hall, then it's off to potions.

Lyra wakes up at the sound of someone coming down the stairs. She sits up, only managing to slip in a "Hello" before the person leaves the room. Wonder who that was. A new first year maybe. Well I suppose I'll see them whenever they get back.

Kisaki comes back to the common room after a hard day of Potions and Transfiguration. She knows she didn't do very well and she feels down. She isn't paying too much attention as she walks past some of the tables, and she accidently bumps into someone.
She looks up and recognizes the girl who said a hello to her this morning as she was leaving. She feels embarassed so she apologizes,
"He-hello. Um... uh sorry for bumping into you. I just... I was just thinking about my classes today and wasn't paying attention to where I was going. Sorry."

Lyra turns slightly to look at the person who has just bumped into her. "Oh hello. Don't worry about it. You're the one I saw this morning, aren't you?" Lyra asks, thinking So it was a new first year. It'll be nice to have someone else, maybe even a couple new people, around. "I'm Lyra, a sixth year and the Deputy Head. Welcome to Ravenclaw." She smiles. "So how were your classes?"

"Heh heh. They were ok I guess. I didn't do the best. In Potions the color of my Boil Cure potion was off a few shades, and in Transfiguration the lizard ended up with a jar for a tail."
Realizing that she hadn't properly introduce herself, Kisaki blushes slightly.
"Oh I'm sorry. My name is Kisaki."

 Walking into the common room, Sam smiles to see her friends gathered around. she was happy that she wasn't all alone, and dust didn't collect as much as it usually did. It was sleeting outside, which showed that it was almost time for Christmas at Hogwarts. Sam gave a quick shiver and then ran into her room to get the blanket that she got a while back from the mysterious package. Cuddling up on the couch, she sighed and took out a book from her bag. It was a muggle book called "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde." So far, it was very good. After reading most of it though, she was glad that she was a witch and that she didn't live in Victorian London. It seemed so depressing.

Great to have support... but I'm not sure you're supposed to post here...
Make sure you read all the info and rules in the Entrance Hall topic; I'm going to go read them again to see if it says anything.
