It would be her partner, Anansi, while she had been out doing whatever it is that she does, he had been taking his time, relaxing in the diner, or rather, sleeping. It wouldn't be until Samantha entered that he would begin to stir and wake up. Almost as if his soul was resonating with hers. Hearing Sam, Anansi would let out a small laugh. "Don't worry, I'll make sure I'm sleeping soundly on the ground, next time." Anansi stated. As she motioned for him to come and sit in the booth, Anansi happily complied. Sitting down, Anansi sighed and thought for a bit, "A check up, I hope it wasn't nothing serious." he would state. "As for me, well, I did a little bit of training and came in here to grab a small snack and then I just took a little nap. Nothing too productive really." Anansi replied.

They've only just became partners and there were still a lot things neither of them knew about the other. As her food came, Anansi shook his, "No, even though I didn't eat, I'm not really hungry." Anansi then sat back and recalled his training, "Well, I just worked on using my chains. Other than that, I don't think that I did anything really worth mentioning."

As he made himself comfortable, Anansi put a weird grin on his face, "The reason that I only focused on my chains, is because I'm perfectly fine in the other categories." Anansi wasn't one for bragging, but if he needed to, he would do so. "My agility and strength are above normal. Actually, I am more adept to fighting alone and with just my bare-hands. I am trained in hand to hand combat and have the flexibility of an spider. Until I find myself in need of increasing those said strengths, then I will focus on them. Right now, I want to learn more about my ability and hone using it." While he did not seem like it, Anansi appeared to have put some thought behind his training.

As he got a glimpse of what was underneath Sam's bandage's, one would think that Anansi would have freaked out, or at least became excited, but no, he had a rather dull expression. "Oh? Is that all there is to it?" he asked. "You made it seem like it was something...I don't know, disfigured or weirdly shaped. I mean yeah, there is the mystery of how this happened and why it happened, but it isn't as exciting as I had hoped." Anansi told her before smiling, "Though, I will admit that it does seem interesting, but not enough to warrant me to start investigating."

Sam just placed the end she used to unwrap it to begin with at where her arm was supposed to connect to her shoulder, and when she did the wrapping began to wrap itself back into an arm, right after she moved the fingers "its not much of a mystery if one thinks about it but if it isn't something that you want to investigate, ill accept it" she said but in honesty she never liked talking about what happened to her arm unless she truly trusted someone and even now she didn't have a person who knew about it. she then went back to eating only to finish her food momentarily

Soul Chain LVL 1 Soul Chain Lvl 1 she can summon a chain that looks like a shadow based form, the chain forms around either arm(not cursed arm when active) it wraps around the arm so that the chain remains connected. the chain she can send out attempting to grab an opponent or even strike them with the chain, but the real purpose is to grab things, if she grabs an object she can throw the object using the chain at a target.
