Genesis had a very odd, very...peculiar beginning. He grew up in a small farming village in the country side of the land of fire. During the last great ninja war the country was invaded and a horrible battle ensued between the shinobi of the Rock and the Leafs allies the Shinobi or Yukikagure. The Snow Shinobi defeated the Rock shinobi with little effort. Sadly, in the fighting, Genesis's town was destroyed with him being the only survivor. The snow shinobi could not get him back to the leaf so they took him with them when they pulled out. There he has resided ever sense, taking up the same profession as the people who saved him in an effort to repay a life dept.

I am afraid your gonna need to redo your weaknesses man those you have arnt really weaknesses as the first one is the same for everyone, and the second well we dont have practically any barrier ninjutsu in the guild so the chances of that even coming into effect are so small they are negligible.

But she was unprepared for the harsh enviroment. The cold stung her so she clothed baby akatsuki more than herself. She had brought little food and had no money. She was so cold and the baby Akatsuki was crying, She was on her knee's crawling along the road when she saw gates and guards. She crawled over to them and they rushed over when seeing her. She handed them the child and said that his name was Akatsuki and if they could take of him. Then she collasped they rushed her to the hospital but it was already too late. So Akatsuki grew up in Yukigakure, the guard who his mother handed him too adopted him as he had no children of his own. He took care of Akatsuki till he died a few years ago. He entered the academy wants to follow in his footsteps as a shinobi.

Approved just make sure you know that with your attribute E and D rank jutsu are not free. They still cost chakra. so I would limit it to a E rank minimum. meaning you cannot reduce the cost of a jutsu below the base E rank ok. Other than that APPROVED.

I apologize, Az seemed to jump ahead and not allow me to finish.
Limitations: you're limitations should be for your rank, you have listed too much. Your ninjutsu count should be 3 not 15, your taijutsu should 2, and your bukijutsu should be 1.
As stated earlier, your starting equipment may only be Projectiles. Explosive notes and wire are not allowed.

1) you may only gain 1.5X on the ryo reward, not the AC. You may not gain additional chakra to training missions. As a personal attribute you can choose to reduce the mission postcount by 1, but it has to be it's own attribute.
