To want happiness I had never known." "My name is Meredith, sir. Meredith Lovelock." The young demon spoke, slightly upset that he was called broken. Inside he knew it was true, but it hurt him to hear it said to him. Still, there were worse things. Compared to some, this person wasn't bad at all.
Meredith observed the man as he looked around at all his available options, as there were indeed many slaves to choose from. There was nothing else he could say to the man, since asking for his name would be rude coming from a slave. He would stick with 'sir' until the man told him otherwise. I wonder if he is looking to buy..? Wait, of course he is, or else he probably wouldn't be asking me these things or even looking around the shop. The thought crossed and left Meredith's mind quickly, and he looked back to the man, wondering what sort of response he had. "Never mind me, never mind me,
Just talk about something." <3

 'oh I see'.She wonder what it feels like to be despised by all hell dwellers.To tell the truth she didn't want to know.'So you must treat him a little better then Azarel does.I mean Azarel is just so mean to X.He acted like X draged him down her to the shop and then he goes and buys a pretty girl slave for himself not caring about X'. She noiced Persephone acting a little starnge, so she decided to see what was up. "Persephone you seem upset, are you okay?"  Fox had been sitting down in the back of his cage, not making a sound.Hoping not to draw attention to his self.He had been watching the man know to be a devil talking to Meredith.

Persephone winced, Now he knows my name... She turned head to face Cloud and gave an overly fake smile, "Oh, I'm fine, just fine." She returned her gaze to the far wall of her cage, Don't draw attention to yourself or he'll come over to you next. What would he want with an earth elemental anyway? She swallowed, More than likely nothing good...

 "Meredith...?" The devil grinned "Odd, I thought that Meredith was a woman's name... apparently I was wrong. So, a demon hybrid, not quite a success. Hm. You are rather like my little brother, who has no name." he cocked his head to the side, then smiled "I hate him." The devil broke his superior composure and knelt down in front of the cage, closer to Meredith's eye level, seeing as Erebus himself was very tall, at a towering 6''6.
"But I think I like you, Meredith. You are like the brother that I hate, but you are also like me." He smiled "Let's be friends!" It seemed very, very much out of place, but he said it anyway, like an ice cream cone in a painting of a torture scene.
Again, he answered the questions he found in the vampires mind
"No. I am just as cruel to X as Azarel. In fact, Azarel is the kindest of all to X. He does not even beat him. All of hell treats X this way..." he paused "Because all of us are jealous of him."
He glanced over at the plant manipulator as well, and smirked. Oooh, how he loved that reaction! He might have to look into that one~

Watching the activity with interest, a troubled feeling passed over Jade and her brow furrowed. Tilting her head to the side, she realized her demon was quiet and completely utterly still. It merely watched with it's borrowed gaze from it's confines at something in the room. 'Not good,' she thought standing up to look around.

Persephone felt the icey chill of eyes on her back. She turned in time to see the devil smirk and it made her stomach tie in knots. Removing her eyes from his gaze she decided she needed to keep her mind from him entirly. She let a few different colored flowers bloom in her hands. Twisting and turning the stems she began crafting a crown of flowers. Still, her thoughts drifted back to the devil, wondering what he thought of her. Cut that out! She scolded herself.

She was shocked at the fact that their jealous of him.'Jealous?Why is that, I mean what does he have that you don't if you don't mind me asking?' She never would have though they treated him so badly, because their jealous.It just doesn't seem to fit. "Okay Persephone if you say so.At least I asked......" She said mumbling the last part to were you could just hear what she said. She new by the way she smiled at me she was faking it.'Maybe Erebus is freaking her out or something.'

He seemed to noice that the girl named Jade had got up and started to look around her cage.He wanted to know what was bothering the girl, but didn't have the neve to go over and talk to her.Instead he just sat there watching her with full content.

It seemed to be the tall demon talking to the new slave. Everyone seemed to be bothered by him, or nearly so. Edging to the side, Jade waved her hand in Persephone's direction, trying to get her attention.
"Hey. Hey!" She called, forgetting manners in her distraction. "What's going on? Who is that?"
Jade felt eyes on her and turned. Another newcomer was watching her.

He was now more nervous than before, and it almost seemed as if this person was interested in purchasing him. But the way he compared him to his brother, whom he hated, made him unsure.
Meredith felt uneasy as the man continued to speak, he almost seemed angry at Meredith. H-He likes me? What does that mean? A blush stained his cheeks, and deepened as he suddenly requested to be friends. Meredith was surprised, how did he finish on such a cheerful note? Wasn't he just talking about his hatred for his brother, and how they were alike? Now he wanted to be friends?
"A-Ah.. Okay, fr--" Meredith was interrupted by another coughing fit. He covered his mouth with his hands and looked away from the man in obvious pain. It seemed to be worse this time, though every time it happened was unpredictable. Why now? I thought I was fine.. I didn't even have a fever today... At least not that I was aware of.. "Never mind me, never mind me,
Just talk about something." <3

He had been watching her for a few good mins now and yet she still look around her cage as if look of thing or someone.She stop looking around her cage and now trying to get the other girls attention.She had said something to the other girl, but it was to low for him to hear.Then out of nowhere she turned and looked at him.He didn't know what to do.He didn't want to look away souly because he didn't want to seem like he was scared of her, but at the same time he felt as if his eyes were glued to her.

Persephone's eyes widened, horrified Cloud and now Jade was drawing attention on her so. Tera, make her stop talking to me! She prayed silently. Pretending to be too involved with her plants to notice she ignored the girl. Her heart was pounding, Please, keep this man of darkness from me... She felt chills. Her name was Persephone. Named so perfectly after the goddess of flowers, Tera's daughter. Was she not also the young goddess of spring taken down to the underworld to be Hades' bride? The thought made her cringe, Will I share that fate? Living in the dark depths of hell...bound to a devil? All seemed well so far, he seemed completely drawn to the demon he spoke with, she should be safe.

Now she was really confused. Persephone seemed to preoccupied to hear her, so she took a step in the boy's direction. He seemed to have an aura about him, something she couldn't put her finger on. She took another step. Her demon began to fidget, angry she had topped her search, a growl resonating below her thoughts. She raised her hand in a wave.
