The three headed snake landed on the academy crushing most of it.
It started to crush the academy it gave one huge swipe with it's tail to try and wipe the academy clean off the map.
As the lightning was about to strike conveniently enough the parts of the academy got in the way weakening the strike but it still wounded the snake enough tho make it reel in pain and it fell.
((if zeramaru was on it he would say something like. "I BAAACK!"))

A voice echoed from the rubble of the academy destroyed by the three headed snake. "Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu! (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique)" Nom (NPC tutor) yelled. At that moment, a beam of lightning shot out from the rubble and towards the snake.

Dark-Ninja70 *Hanzo body flickered infront of the academy* "I told you already your not getting threw me!!!" *The clouds darkened and started booming loudly. He did a flash of hand signs.* "Raiton: Yobigoe no Raikou no Jutsu (Lightning Style: Call of Lightning Technique)" *A huge lightning bolt traveling at the speed of light came down on the snake.*

((Technically, If he were to be hit by that, he probably would've landed on the academy anyway, so either way...))

((Well, from what you posted, the lightning bolt came downwards vertically, so even if it was hit, it would just cause him to fall. My post depends on the fact that he did fall down, so in a way, I haven't attacked him yet, and therefore he's got a good chance of destroying part of the academy.))

The three headed snake was struck by the attack made by nom and lay there on the academy partially paralyzed it could not move one of the heads.
Angrily it tried to swipe at them with its tail. the snake also tried to fling rubble at them using its head.
