You won't loose me. Each of these tunnels leads to small caverns which all lead to the main chamber.

He took what seemed random passages. They encountered nothing until they emerged in a small cavern. It the center stood three statues of men. Each man held a large sword and axe. They were the founders of this place. They had created it.

Pander walked up to the statue, pulling on the axe head of the center man. The statue slid backwards, revealing a winding staircase. Pander began his descent. The walls here had no torches but seemed to be filled with light regardless.

Mergex kept laughing as his aura turned a darker purple. " While my father took over me I learned two new moves!" he said forming another blackfire ball in his hands. He threw it at Kaori. But once again it split into many to over take her. It was the same move as before.

Mergex smiled He opened his hand and they glowed purple. Suddenly Kaori's fire would rush to Mergex and be asborbed by him. He laughed again tauntingly. " My father for those brief moments showed me how to asborb fire. Are you ready to die!?" he said smiling insanely.

Sai gritted his teeth, charging out of the shelter of the trees. His hand extended behind him as a syth materialized. "You're one sick person, you know that?" he screamed at Mergex, his eyes cold and bottomless. As best he could, he kept an eye on Kaori, just in case, barely missing one fireball. "So, you rely on your father then? Pathetic, you're enough of a coward as is," he mocked softly under his breath, thinking outloud.

Kaori shouted in rage as she lunged forward, freezing abruptly at the man's yell. She turned to stare at him with wide eyes. "St-stop it!" she screamed towards Mergex. "Please don-!" Her voice cut off as she watched the man in horror and she froze in shock as Mergex next spoke to Sai.

Then she bowed her head, fingers clutching her sword so tightly her knuckles turned white. "You monster..." she growled, voice low and venemous as she raised her head now. Her eyes were glowing entirely red with her rage, pupils and color no longer distinguishable [sp?]. Even the whites were glowing crimson. "You will die here!" she snarled as she lunged towards him, swinging with her sword that had encased itself in flame.

He never took his eyes off Mergex as he listened to the man scream. "You're right, that's how my parents died," he said through gritted teeth, his hand tightening around his syth. "But you forget; you also killed me, didn't you? So how is that I'm still alive?" he screamed in anger, lunging towards him as he brought his syth hight over his head.

Seeing the moment was right when Kaori slashed at him, he evaporated along with his syth, although the syth's red aura stayed; he was in spirit form now, which ment he was dead.

Seeing Mergex suddenly spit acid at Kaori, switfly he stuck his hand out to his side, releasing a dagger from his hand which materialized. Shooting quickly, he charged between Kaori's face and the acid, trying to block the acid from her face.

This place is protected. It is impossible to fall in these tunnels.

He continued walking, soon coming to the bottom of the stairs. He pushed open a large rock door and walked into the large cavern. In the far right corner was a grave marker and at the foot of it was a large sarcofagus. Just to it's left was a small stand. On this stand were Pander's blood rapier and dagger.

A small kitchen was in the left corner and the rest was a sitting area. Large chairs and couches sat on nice rugs while book shelves lines the walls. At the back center was another door. Through it was his bedroom, a guestroom, and two washrooms, both with showers, bath tubs, sinks and toilets.

Welcome to my home Yume. It's rather crude but it serves my purposes of secrecy and a special training ground. Please, make yourself at home. There is a guest room in the back. Second door on the right.
