Heh I was watching some old foreign film and the hero was called Dhan. It was a pretty good movie and the name stuck in my head when I was making my level 45 character, even though Dhan is obviously not a hero.
I can't really remember the meaning of Kazuma... sweatdrop

Katz the Nine Lives Makuta H: An unexpected but delightful answer. That friend of yours must be dear to you. Perhaps you should invite him to the guild. Heh. Maybe he'll use your name as his character. He doesn't have a gaia account, so far as I know. And he wouldn't be able to use my shaman's name for here, cause my shaman's name was Renji Raiken. xd

Heh. I chose Ichi because it has 'one' in it. Then I chose Shinobu, because we can call him 'Shin' for short and put the two together and you'll get 'Shinichi'. Just a little tribute to Ichi's relationship with Shinichi. sweatdrop
That was an interesting question to ask Katz. ^^

Jong Jong Master: That line of thinking isn’t strange at all. Some animals use their fangs for defense and offense. For swordsmen a sword can be seen as a fang. I thought you might have picked Kiba as homage to the Naruto character. I have yet to read of an uncool Kiba so it’s a good name to use. As for Miyazaki I thought you may have been paying homage to Hayao Miyazaki, the creator of titles like Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away (if anyone knows of those heh.). It is an awesome name though ^_^. I don’t know how Pringles got its name. Tell us how it did.
Karite: Heh. Now that’s the kind of depth I was waiting to hear from you. Schizophrenic shinobi seem to be on the rise now. It’s the new style so jump on it first. Ahh Cora! I should have seen that one. Heh it works out well for you that way.
Eifer: I know of two translations to Kazuma since I’ve used the name before and a friend of mine told me its meaning (although I’m not too sure how to believe that person). I believe the meaning is True Harmony. Ironic, considering Kazuma’s conflicting nature with his siblings. Heh. Another possibility is that it can mean One Horse. Maybe that’s something you can use for him.
Zu: Heh nice. Tributes to other characters are always fun to use. Did you use the meaning ‘one’ because it is your favorite number or because Ichi is the Kage so he’s like #1 in the village?
I just have a strong curiosity about everyone's process of creating characters. We put so much work in them, but a lot things go unnoticed. I like to try and take notice of those little things. ^_^

Aznka: Well let’s see if I can sum this up in a few words lol. Shisei can mean a few things. ‘tattooing’, ‘female’, ‘attitude’, and ‘government’ are the most known ones. The definition I use though is the meaning, ‘Life and Death’. This describes the signature forbidden jutsus and weapons he’ll learn and use. It also is supposed to show the unique duality of his nature, the black and white process of his mind and the relationship with his family. His parents also have contrasting name meanings of ‘Heaven and Earth’, and ‘Day and Night’. His sister is the only one unique because her name means the four stages of existence ‘Birth, Life, Death and Limbo’. It shows the siblings division and where a lot of Shisei’s reasoning will come from in the future.
Finally and most importantly his name and life is supposed to be a representation of the Ouroboras. It is a symbol of infinity and wholeness, but don’t you find it strange that to achieve this infinite life the serpent must devour itself? In a way, to maintain an everlasting life it must continue to die. The battles I have planned for Shisei will push him closer and closer to death and through those points of near death instances he’ll be most emotional and alive. To me the Ouroboras also represents absolute self reliance, independence and solitude, which is his personality. The other type of Ouroboras of where two snakes devour one another to gain immortality shows Shisei’s estranged relationships and yet the necessity they have on his survival.

8 fails in a row...and counting. Does anyone remember our highest losing streak for training? Either myself or McClane had it...

It ain't rape if they enjoy it.... >_>..... on another note Efier if you wanted to know Kazuma means 'True Harmony' but could also mean 'One Horse'. Maybe it's something you can work with. ^_^
