Mordranna continued to have the fighter squadrons swarm the Black Void station. "Squad leaders: what's your status?"
"Stingray lead here," came a reply. "A lot of heavy fire here. Lost Stingray Eight in one of those mini black holes, though the rest of the team seems to be - wait. Just lost Stingray Four to cannon fire,"
"Withdraw, and regroup, Stingray,"
With that, the Rogue Squadron came in, covering the Stingray's withdrawal. "Seems we're too fast for 'em," Wedge chimed in, as he and the other Rogues expertly evaded the turbolasers, each emplacement eating a proton torpedo in response.
"That's good, at least," Mordranna replied. "Squire lead to Osiris: advance on the west quadrant."
"Acknowledged, Squire lead," came the reply, as the NRSD maneuvered as ordered. However, a pair of Venator class ships pounced the ship, as a couple Victory class destoryers closed in, each one peppering the Osiris.
"Osiris here. We're coming under heavy fire!"
"Disengage," Mordranna suggested. But it was too late.
Even as the NRSD disengaged, a Victory class ship that took heavy fire elected to ram the Osiris, taking out it's bridge. At that, the Black Void powered up it's gravitational anomaly generator, creating enough of a black hole to devour the remains of the Osiris, as well as the few escape pods that managed to evade the ship's destruction.
"Those rotten, murdering barves!" growled Squire Eight, as he observed the devastation.
But, Mordranna was faster on the draw. "No, Johnny. Whatever it is you have in mind, you stick to the plan," She then commed the Lusankya. "Squire Lead to Lusankya. We need back-up. We just lost Osiris,"

" Thank you... for everything. " Angel said, taking the unconcious former Dark Lord in her arms. " And, for what it's worth, I'm sorry for the lives lost on Kashyyk and Mon Calamari. It was by my orders the attacks happened, not his. Someday, I'll make up for that. " She then turned around and started off, heading for the Kapella with Phoenix draped over her shoulder, Neb's saber in her opposing hand. She stopped after only a few steps. " Oh, and Force be with you, comrade. " She then continued on her way. Although weighted down by her love, she felt as if another weight had been lifted. With Phoenix no longer being the Dark Lord, she could finally let go of the Dark Side, and embrace the Light, and the peace of mind that came with it. Angel Syricia was alive and well, but Darth Valycia vanished without a trace. As she made her way through the deserted ship, she finally came to the hangar, and was suprised to see R1 waiting for her. < My Lady, we should go. Call it droid's calculation, but I suspect this ship will not be in 1 piece for too much longer. > " I'm coming. Go ahead and get everything running, and search for the Kapella. I need to talk to someone aboard it. " R1 rolled up his little boaring ramp of the Sundered Rose, and Angel climbed into the cockpit, putting Phoenix in the mini room in back. Just as she cleared the hangar, R1 located the Kapella. A quick hail later, Angel was talking to Hudson. " Hudson, I need a little help. Phoenix and I aren't your enemies anymore, and he needs some medical treatment. Neb is still aboard the ship back there, doing what, I dunno. He gave me his saber, I figure you know what it means. " Soon enough, the 2 ships had docked, and after showing the saber to Hudson, he nodded in confirmation. Handing Phoenix over to be given proper medical treatment, Angel said, " I'd stay with him, but I got to take care of something. If he comes to and asks where I am, just tell him I'll be back shortly. " and went back to her own ship. Flying towards the battle, she sensed Mordranna through the Force and hailed her. " Guess who? The Dark Lord and Lady are gone, and as my 1st act of redemption, I offer my assistance. This day, we are enemies no more. Now we fight as allies. "

The crew of the Kapella had made note. Too fast were things in motion. Of course, they knew what had to be done. The Kapella took off out of the Star Destroyer's hangar, blasting away at full speed.

Meanwhilst, Neb found himself alone, on a partially operable Star Destroyer. The mighty concoction he had in mind was probably considered toxic to most lifeforms.
Overloading primary failsafe. Engine power at critical mass.
Suddenly, the star destroyer jolted forward. Neb could not simply turn the engines on; the creepers had prevented that. But the engines were manually turned on, force knows how, as the star destroyer bolted forward, unabated.
A star destroyer is somewhat slow, no matter how much engine power is put forward. Fortunately, all he needed to do was ram the ship.
Looking out the window to space, Neb watched the black void grow ever closer. Finally, he pulled out the jewel, which somehow was completed, and stared at it.
"Time for us to finish our quest, good artifact," Neb said, watching the blue crystal blow away, though no wind was present. He relaxed in the captain chair, and took a look at space.
"My god, it truely is full of stars..."

Outside, the Kapella took a long watch as the Star Destroyer plowed at full speed into the Black Void. The engines blew out, but the mass of the ship continued forward, ramming straight into the sphere. Creating a chain reaction, the superweapon itself was forced to succumb to complete destruction.
"Damnit, Neb. Can't you be creative?" was all Hudson could say.

The bridge of the Star destroyer was one of the last things to meet the explosion. The destruction of the Black void would, however, not cost a single casuality. Prior to the sudden ramming, the crew of the Void evacuated, leaving only droids to be caught in the explosion.
The Ventenator showed no life forms aboard during the time of the explosion, only a cloak on the captain's chair.

(( Ah ... I assume that that's what you had in mind? 3nodding ))
Flying towards the Black Void, Mordranna suddenly recieved a hail from none other than Angel. "Welcome to you, Angel," she replied, with a warm and fuzzy feeling in her heart. She then gave the command to form up on the Sundered Rose. (( did I get that right? ))
A skeptical Johnny chimed in. "Who are these people, boss?"
Mordranna considered carefully her answer. "Friends. Ones we can count on," she replied. She then gave her first true smile as she felt all of the light eminating from Angel, and she also suspected, Phoenix.
And then, came that which Mordranna didn't expect. The previously inactive Venator class ship suddenly came to life, and rammed into the Black Void. She then commed Angel, worried. "Angel, where's Neb?" she asked, fearing the worst.

Nestled in the extra room of the Kapella, Imperius or Phoenix or whatever his true name was, watched as the man he considered his mortal enemy who had redeemed him, sacrificed his life to save billions.
Feron vowed silently, to refrain from the Dark Side of the Force for the rest of his life, putting himself into a silent exile.
In that last moment of clarity, the Kapella hit some turbulence, and Darth Imperius was lost forever, even to the body that he once inhabited.
The Exile fell unconcious once more.

" Neb is still onboard that ship. " Angel said, as it made impact. " A shame, he was a good man, but his last act will turn the tide of this battle. Helping to amass this army of droids and Sith loyalists was a mistake, and now it's time I corrected it. " she then focused on the battle, taking out a whole formation of droid fighters with a few precise shots on the lead craft, causing a chain reaction of explosions that claimed its wingmates as well. " Now that's how you do it people! "

"Indeed he was," Mordranna mused sadly. Clear skies, Neb was her thoughts, as she directed the Squires to the battle, expertly mopping up the remaining droid fighters. She then commed Wedge. "Rogue Lead: it seems we have some reinforcements." She then turned back to Angel. "All right, what's our next move?"

" Form a defensive perimeter around the carriers, frigates, and whatever else we got out here. Prioritize any enemy bombers over fighters, since they'll make short work of anything if they launch their warheads. " Angel said, pulling away from the others. " I'm gonna go... " she looked around. " ... And see if I can get that SD over there to cause some problems for the others around it. Whatever happens though, don't destroy it because I'll be inside it. " She flew off in its direction, dodging fire, her ship's shields absorbing a few blasts, until she reached its hangar, where she fired on everything inside, clearing it out for the moment, then landing inside. " R1, stay here and man the lasers. If anyone other than me comes through that hangar access door, fire away. " She left her ship and ran through the door, her sabers out and activated. Within moments, security droids came down the hallway towards the hangar to fend off the intruder. " Marching down a long hallway singe file. It can't get any easier. " Angel said to herself, then Force sprinted towards them, holding a saber out to the side, and took out the entire group in mere seconds. Alarms were blaring and more droids charged into the area, opening fire the moment they had the chance. A few deflections, dodging, and severed droid parts later, Angel began charging onwards, heading for the bridge.

"You got it," Mordranna replied. "And, may the Force be with you," She then had the Squires regroup about the Hope Eagle as well as the NRSD Asgard backing them up.
"General Brunhildt to Republic fleet: You heard the lady. Let's set up that perimeter. Squires, we're on the Hope Eagle," She then painstakingly formed all fighter squadrons on the lesser armed vessels, with some assistance from Wedge. Eventually, the fleet formed a spearhead, with Lusankya at the head.
Of course, a few fighters and bombers appeared, as Mordranna and the Squires executed a deadly dance with their fighters. As Angel said, bombers had priority, and thus, were no match for the quicker fighters.
