well the hair is shaded abstractly, it's not bad and it's good if the pictur eis consistent ith it, but yea the hair is shaded very well.
As for that shirt the shading is just all over the place
Like it just has random shadows on the shirt D8 if it has shadows it has alight source figure out where the light comes from and shade accordingly -is still learning the light source thing myself somewhat-

Skin is done well D8 though not all of it is done XD
but yea overrall good
