Meaning Tadashi would infect Tetsu would emo should the deregatory nickname be used excessively. Great, now I explained the joke.

How could you tell a baby was emo? It's not as though she could complain about life, dye her hair black, wear fishnet stockings, write mopey poetry, pour on the eye shadow, and cut herself.
Nah, Senka is to Tadashi as Holy Water is to Vampires, just better.
Tadashi would explode.
