Depends how well you deploy it. Yes, your faster than her due to the cursed seal advancement, I don't think chakra would have anything to do with it unless you speak of flickering a lot.

You can't really amplify your stats in this guild without the gates, a demon like the Nibi or Kyuubi, some technique, or a seal. Chakra is more of a spiritual or internal strength.
