Actually, in most places the legal age is irrelevant so long as the people committing the act are at the same age. The ages defined by a state are ages that are preferred. Otherwise I would have been in trouble a while back since I think NC's age is 16 and I started around 13.

Around here the law is pretty easy.The age limit isn't really here.There's just an age limit you can have between ages.Like minors can't have sexual relations with someone 2 years or 3 years older I think?I don't think it matters at all once they are both 18.And Aeris is what?25?I think that's what she said...How old is TJ?18?19?
