"I love you too..." he said softly, standing still, and sighing again. He had picked up the habit from his sister.. it was rather annoying, really. "I am not too perfect. I am just right-perfect." he said, with a cocky grin. "No...no." With a sneaky smile, his wings appeared from his shoulderblades, and in one great movement,they were far above the muffin. "Like the few?' he asked, his feet kicking a little, as he got his air-legs. Really, his wings were just getting used to levitating again. "Wanna try on your own?'

"Wow..." Caradoc, murmured as the setting sun hit his body, turning his skin tan and his hair brown. He wasn't near at tan as normal people, but it was a huge step from white. "I just installed the larger ones. I..." He looked to the ground. "You'll make sure I don't fall, right?"

"No, but in case I do..." Ever said with a small smile, and he conjured a magical span, sort of like a trampoline or net for acrobats. "Okay? Now, careful..>" he said, his strong hands taking hold of Caradoc under his arms, and holding him upright in front of himself. "Just start when you want, like learning to ride a bike. I'll let go only when it's okay."
((I hate people who let go when learning to ride a bike. It's so evil.))

Caradoc nodded and held onto Ever's shoulders. His small wings unfolded and telescoped into a larger pair, built for supporting him. He extended and flapped them a few times before getting into a pattern. Once he felt them create lift, he nodded, "Okay. I'm ready."

Ever nodded with a smile, as his protective hands let go right before Caradoc should have flapped again. Like the difference between a practiced ice skater, or inline skater, and someone nervous on them, Ever's wings barely moved, just a 'kick' now and then.

Caradoc slowly let go of Ever's shoulders and dropped only a few inches. He smiled, realizing he was holding himself up. "Oh my gosh..." He murmured, looking at Ever happily. "I'm flying!" He blinked, "Now what?"

Ukaia woke up slowly. She lay quite still her heart thumping lihtly in her chest. The breath was stillfora moment as sh listend. yes.. she heard it.. Vincen'ts own breath.. the sound of his heart.
Carefully she opened her eyes and took a small breath of her own, then looked at him. He looked better today then he had lastnight. Tears welled up once more in her eyes. She took in the face the form, the scent from his body and his breath.. everything. it was vincent.
And everything else.. wasn't him. She got out of the bed carefully. She showered and changed into a pair of pants and a top. Both much to big for her slender frame. They were vincent's. Both were clored black. She pulled her hair back into a braid and then headed downstairs. Her ears were drooped, her tail a bit limp.

"Um, like this. Turn, so we are not facing each other, and try to move forward. Try to steer with how you move them." he said, smiling in a comforting way. He showed Caradoc, moving forward, forward and to the left, turning in mid air, and even moving straight backwards.

Arlen lay on the sofa, curled around Lily with a blanket from their room wrapped around the both of them.

Caradoc nodded and watched Ever carefully, desiring to stay close just in case. It was almost automatic to stop flapping a little to make himself glide forward. He caught up to Ever and smiled, "This isn't as hard as it looks." he breathed, getting a little tired. He would have to get his wings in shape.

Ukaia loked at them but chose nott o wake them. her heart hurt and she needed to ask if lily was alright.. but she coudln't make it sound quite genuine enough right now.
She slipped into the ktichen and began to cook. All sorts of delicious foods so that there were muffis baking, cookies being made. Chili being cooked in the crock pot.. among a lot of other foods. Ukaia was just distracting herself

Charlie woke up and hopped down from the rafters. He saw Ukaia and scratched his head, "You look different." He commented, stretching. "I'm not sure how..."

Ukaia didn't look up from mixing and baking and cooking
"I appoligise.. for my behavior when i was... not all here" she said to him
"I hope i didn't hurt you or embarase you to much" She added listlessly pouring batter into a mold to make a cake. Seems like she was concentrating on sweets right now.

Charlie followed her into the kitchen. "Just a few banged wings." He said with a shrug. "I had a feeling you weren't. Your body didn't match your attitude. You had eyes of someone much wiser than that."
