gah! Instead of sleeping, I ended up taking a three and a half hour nap. confused I was tossing and turning in bed for forty five mins before i frustratingly got out of bed. I'm dressed and I am going to go for a five am run. Hopefully i can sleep for a few more hours when i get back. neutral

Well after getting online hehe I ended going for a five thirty run. Which was good cause It was still dark when I got back home.... which was just a few mins ago. Still, that didn't stop another runner, three bike riders, three walkers and myself from doing our thing this morning. I ran for three miles. My clothes are sopping wet. It's 6:20 and its 82 degrees. Very humid cause was a tease of a shower at four this morning. It made my run enjoyable because the world smelled so fresh, but it made it just as bad cause it was humid as heck. ^.^ I did alot of thinking on my run this morning. Helped sort out my emotions. Helped me to not take things personally. In thirty mins of running I ran through the range of emotions from being codependent, sad, scared, angry, doubtful, hopeful, calm, confident, happy and independent.
I was hoping to be tired after this but I am wide awake still. Going to through on some coffee rinse off and wait till seven to give Tori and Johnny a call. They should be waking up soon for school. At least Johnny should. heart
