I don't think anyone should really give up on it just because of a hiatus. Being patient could get hard, but it would be worth the wait.
But I think I'm the only person at my school who actually knows what DGM is. But at least some people know anime/magna and like it.

i dont like to be sick during school especially when we have such an high tempo, i'm great i had the last exam of the exam weeks xD
and i think it went really great

My case is different about DGM being well known, though. All my anime/manga loving friends like DGM. My friend's sister even got into anime/manga because of the series...and she would have NEVER if it weren't for DGM. rofl It's just a matter of it being sort of a non-mainstream series.
