We are entrusting you with this package so it can be used in the Nexus at the proper place and time. The gems and gauntlet will only work at a very specific time to protect the denizens of the Nexus. Any attempts to use the gems and the gauntlet outside of our intended purpose will be pointless. You will know when the time is right.

Well, considering that this artifact is from a different universe and a thousand years in my past, I'm going to need some time to compile data about it. Could you, perhaps, until then, simply not play with it? I know that it has shiny stones in it, but perhaps you can resist the urge.
