Miyoko nodded, listening to Hedon. "That sounds interesting. I'm sixteen," she said, giving him a smile. "And you?" Upon hearing his question, she looked across the table to Ryuji and pouted at him disapprovingly, turning back to Hedon. "That's Ryuji~ one of my older brothers."
Ryuji turned to Lacuna, giving her a faint smile before kissing her forehead. Glad you understand. He continued eating, feeling a bit discouraged from his sister's dirty look.

"Twenty two", he admitted as he gulped down the rest of his tea. Hedon pushed back from the table some and sighed, content that his stomach had it's fill.
Lacuna stole a piece of Ryuji's duck from his plate and popped it into her mouth with a giggled. Smiling to him she nodded, "Yours is good too", she said.

Miyoko nodded, smiling to Hedon with wide eyes. "Are you finished?" she asked, her eyes not leaving him, her smile unwavering.
Ryuji narrowed his eyes at his sister's overwhelming interest in a man too old for her. He leaned into Lacuna, looking to her. "It is," he spoke, giving her a small smile.
Ashiri stood from the table, sighing at all the uneaten portions. "Guess everyone else is out," she murmured, using magic to wrap up the leftovers before they are disappeared.

Hedon nodded, "Yes Maam, it was good, but I couldn't eat another bite even if I wanted to", he assured her. Hedon pushed back one of his stubborn strands of hair and smiled, content.
Lacuna could see Ashiri's disappointment and offered the woman a smile. "It was very good Mom, as always", she said finishing off a few more bites of her spicy pork. Lacuna kissed Ryuji's forehead and nudged him playfully.

Miyoko pulled Hedon to his feet, leaning to kiss her mom on the cheek. "Thank you for supper," she spoke, bowing her head to the woman. "This is Hedon, he's-"
"A friend," Ashiri finished, sternness in her voice as she, of course, heard of the age difference and couldn't approve yet. She smiled to Hedon, though, bowing to him formally. "It is nice to meet you. Be sure to drop by whenever you want, our door's always open." She smoothed out the front of her kimono, giving Lacuna a warm smile before gently hugging the girl. "Thank you."
Ryuji sighed at the nudging, nodding towards his mother. "Yes, it was wonderful. Always. Right." He folded his arms over his chest, making a face. It was difficult for him to thank people, and his mother knew. So she, in turn, smiled and nodded, making her exit.

Hedon raised a brow, he could feel the tension coming from different ends, but didn't really understand what was going on. Shrugging, he wrapped one of his large arms around Miyoko's shoulder and grinned. "So now what?", he asked walking with the girl.
Lacuna giggled and pet Ryuji's hair gently. Lacing her hands in her Dear boyfriend's she pulled him from the dining area to the front porch. Smiling, she looked at the man content. "Would you be interested in some coffee Darling?", she asked cooly.

Miyoko laughed softly, her arm finding it's way around his waist. "Want to go to your place?" she questioned, looking to him with a smile.
Ryuji nodded to Lacuna, falling onto the bench that rest on their porch. "That sounds nice." He kept his mind's eye on Miyoko's little friend, his hands resting in his lap after one of his slim legs slung itself over the other.

Hedon shrugged, offering the woman and smile. "Are you sure you'd want to? It's getting rather late, I don't mind though, if that's what you decide", he said moving to face the girl as he spoke.
Lacuna locked Ryuji's pinky in her own as she spoke, smiling modestly. "Would you like me to make you a pot or would you like to make a date out of it and go to the coffeeshop?", she questioned. Lacuna's colorful strands of hair covered part of her eye, she peered through them at Ryuji as she awaited his reply.

Miyoko blushed, looking timidly to her feet. "Well, if you want to..." she mumbled shyly, smoothing out her skirt.
Ryuji stared to Lacuna in thought, slowly coming to his feet. "I'd love to..." he said quietly, mentally willing his sister to stay home and call it a night.

Hedon's pointy fangs exposed themselves as he shrugged a slender shoulder. "Are you sure? You don't seem sure", he said frowning in thought. "Like I said you don't have to if you don't want to", he assured the girl hoping he hadn't been too forward.

"No! I wanted to, but..." Miyoko said, turning her gaze to him coyly, a tiny smile appearing on her lips. "You didn't seem so interested~" she admitted, folding her arms over her chest as she looked up to him.

Hedon chuckled shaking his head at the young woman. "If I didn't want you to come over, I wouldn't of offered silly", he said with a nod. "You're more than welcome to join me, I have a swimming pool on my lower floor if you'd be interested in that", he added.
