Alrighty! Riley smiled, shifting to put the disc into the player before scooting back towards the couch, not sure how Lena's setup worked.

"Oh shoot... what'd I do with the remote...." Lena muttered as the previews before the movie started to play. She shifted to sit up and looked around a moment before seeing the remote sitting on top of the tv. "There we go..." she said, as she stood to go get it and flip past the previews and go straight to the menu.

Riley made himself comfortable against the couch, resting his head to the armrest nearest where he sat. As the premovie credits smoked over the screen with an eerie piano tune, Riley winced, and shifted to pull himself to his feet. Can I have a glass of water? he asked, his voice scratchy as he blushed faintly, looking to Lena.

"Of course... you can help yourself to anything in the kitchen that you'd like..." Lena said with a nod "It's the door that's under the stairway, back through there..." she continued, gesturing towards the door.

Riley nodded and blushed somewhat deeper, quickly making his way in the direction Lena instructed. When he found the kitchen he sighed to himself, almost a disappointed sound as he peeked through the cupboards to find a glass.

Lena put the movie on pause, not wanting Riley to miss anything while he was out of the room. She shifted to lay down across the couch, resting her head against the arm rest, as she waited for Riley to return.

Riley got himself a large glass of water, filling it from the tap as he didn't care to rummage through the fridge. After a long moment he shook his head to himself and dumped the remaining water out, setting the glass on the counter and making his way back to the livingroom, the taste of blood in his mouth for some reason. Sorry about that...he laughed, blushing still as he made himself comfortable on the floor once more. Oh! Thanks for pausing - I haven't seen this movie in a while and don't really remember the beginning.

"No problem..." Lena said, shaking her head slightly "I've always hated missing the beginnings of movies, even if I have seen them before...." she continued with a bit of a laugh before pushing play.

Riley shifted to lay on the floor again as the movie started, trying his best to conceal his laughter despite the movie and it's fear factors. He yawned about half way through, and summoned himself a pillow to cuddle while he lay stretched on the floor beneath Lena.

Lena curled up against the arm of the couch as she watched the movie intently, letting out a bit of a squeak any time that something jumped out. Getting rather bored as the end of the movie drew closer, she started to nod off.

Riley snickered inwardly each time Lena jumped or squeaked at the movie, but himself too started to drift to sleep. He jerked himself awake, sitting up quickly from his stretched out position, trying to keep himself awake long enough to summon a glass of water from the kitchen.

Though she'd tried to stay awake, thinking it rather rude to fall asleep while hanging out with a friend, Lena had drifted off by the time the movie came to an end.

Riley shifted on the floor to look from the screen to Lena, and frowned some as he realized she'd fallen asleep too. He pulled himself to his feet and glanced around, creeping to the kitchen to take the glass he'd summoned back to the counter.

Lena shifted in her sleep, stretching out across the couch a bit more. She opened her eyes slowly as she woke when the music playing behind the end credits of the movie got louder.

Riley made his way back into the livingroom as he heard the volume increase as well. are you on the remote? he chuckled aftera moment, moving closer back towards the couch.
